For sale is my 1953 Mercury Monterey. Original flatheadV8. Dual exhaust with mellowtone pipes sound nice and throaty. Runs, drives, stops great. Transmission was rebuilt by Abercrombie Transmissions and shifts tight and fast. NOS interior is clean and in great shape. Always a Georgia car. Lots of extra parts, manuals, vintage Mercury ephemera, original paperwork. It is registered, tagged, insured in Georgia and driven regularly. Still 6v. Lowered 2" in rear. Still have original springs and the stock carb/ air cleaner that come with the car. Also have stock steering wheel, extra hubcaps and 2 new water pumps. Tires only have a few thousand miles on them. Some surface rust on bumpers, rest of car is clean and solid. Paint has some scratches here and there.
