This is my moms's car who is now too old to drive. It has only been driven only 10K a year with most of that in it's early day when she came up from Florida often to visit us. She now lives with us and it mostly sits in the garage. Lately she forgets she doesn't have a license and has been trying to drive it. Time for it to go. One non-smoking owner, very clean and in great shape.

1968 Dan Gurney Cougar having spent it's entire life in Georgia. Anyone who knows these cars understand this is a rare car especially having the 390 motor and C6 tranny. Included is the Marti report detailing this rare X code. Car originally was red and was taken to metal and painted Eleanor pepper grey. Miles on motor unknown however tranny and motor shift and move strongly. Interior replaced and overall this car is the ultimate head turner. Car has new exhaust, expertly tuned all the way to the hydraulic headlights. The cougar was the yuppies answer to the ford mustang and as a true mussel car, will do nothing but appreciate. You can find these cars in 302's and 289's but the 390 and GT hood is not easy to find. Much has gone into this car to get it "right" and it's a straight, solid example from a personal collection. Hagerty used car pricing puts this car value in fair condition over $19,500 so I have priced accordingly. Being a 46 year old car one should expect there will always be something to "tinker" with. This car has not been thru a rotisserie restoration and price reflects such. I'm not desperate to sell this car and low offers will be ignored. I will only respond to serious potential buyers. NOTE I have additional paperwork including original title number but Georgia does not require titles for cars this age so sold via bill of sale with current, signed registration card.
