Please take care of everything prior.Inspections are welcome. - Original Unchopped 1951 Mercury - California Car - **with 1951 plates- Car is Black with Custom Flames, it's a older paint job and still definitely a head turner- 3 on the tree manual transmission (does have a boxed shifter opening on the floor, someone prior to me had another transmission installed)- Professionally paint detailed 09/15/16- To my knowledge all of the body panels are original to the car, there is only surface rust on the chassis, floorboards are solid. There is a small 4x2 section of rust on the passenger side lower fender area but is otherwise solid. It is not eating through the panel but will need to be addressed to be a 10 point car.- Brakes have been gone through, new front shoes and drum resurfacing.- New Master cylinder- New 12v alternator- New 12v Napa battery- New front and rear lights- New tires all the way around, with painted whitewalls- Does have ALL of the panels for the car, front door cards are in the trunk and will need to be redone, but the templates are there!- Chrome is in great condition and does not have to be redone.- All glass is intact, the drivers side front vent glass does have a crack, but new glass is included (may even get installed if time permits)- All new oil and transmission fluid- New Thermostats- New Radiator Cap- New Tail light reflectors- Car does have rear fender skirts, not currently installed due to the new tire installation. **More photos to follow, Probably some more stuff I missed, will update as I refresh my list **Buy it now, I will cover shipping to 48 states** International bidders, please contact me BEFORE placing a offer or Buying it Now

1968 Mercury Colony Park Station Wagon Restoration Project Over 40 Pictures! Power Disc Brakes, Power Windows, Air Conditioning This wagon cleared lien at my buddy's impound yard. Wagon was impounded per the California Vehicle Code. The wagon was not reclaimed by the owner, a lien was placed, cleared and now law requires that it be auctioned off. Wagon will come with CA DMV issued Lien Sale Packet (NO TITLE) which will allow the buyer to register the Wagon and have a title issued to the buyer. Wagon looks like it has been sitting for years. We had a key made, put in a fresh battery, poured some fuel on the carb and was only able to get engine to cranks. The door panels, seats, dash and are in beautiful shape, near perfect. Body is fairly straight with the exception of rear bumper, left rear quarter panel (rust) and dent on the roof. Hood hinge is missing a bolt and small corner of hood has bent. Needs rear tailgate glass and windshield. Tires hold air. Three original hubcaps are inside the car with original license plate frames out of Downey, CA. Missing headliner. The floorboard on the wagon area is completely gone/rusted. The only other sports of rust that I saw was just ahead of the front floorboards, driver's door jam and left rear quarter panel (all pictured). This wagon needs to be saved, restored or at least made into a driver. My buddy wants to derby it, me being a 60's Ford lover and against destroying it, he gave me an opportunity to sell it.
