1988 560SL - runs strong, well maintained no wear and tear. Serviced. Good brakes and tires, cold a/c, factory radio, back seat option. No hardtop. The right color and miles. Clean rust free body, no dents dings or scratches, its a nice one. The paint is like glass. not too many more of these around. at 79,000 miles the engine is a baby. The car sleeps both ant low and high speeds, No shaking or shimmy, Trans shifts very smooth, there is no abnormal engine noise, No tapping, no rattle, no smoke, no oil leaks. Everything functions, the condition of the car is superb with the exception of its very minor few flaws: The wheels can use a refinish which we area able to have done if the buyer wishes (they are not damaged or curb rashed its just the typical fading of the finish due to cleaning detergents . the bumper end caps have minor gouges. The top fabric and top-windows seem to be fairly newer. I have for sale a 2003 Mercedes SL500 hard top convertible. I bought the car in this condition to repair it, but due to health conditions and i'm losing the storage, I've decided to sell it. It's hit in the left front corner and yes the rail has damage on it. The left front door is also damaged and either needs to be skinned or replaced, The bags are blown. I figured when I fixed it, I would by a front clip for it and replace the left rail from the clip. It seams right up by the fire wall. The right door (less the mirror) and the back end are perfect. I have a Michigan clear title in hand. It has the AMG wheels on it. It would make a great car to fix. I paid $7500 about a year ago, but it is time to go. My loss is your gain. Make me a fair offer and you'll own it, but i'm not going to take $3000 for it. Please make a fair offer. Email me with any questions. The car is in southeaster Michigan my zip is 49221.
