Up for sale is my personal AMG SL 55 Mercedes Benz. Mars red on charcoal amg interior. Only 17000 miles. I purchased this car in May 2014 with 10000 miles, which I believe was one of the lowest mileage sl55's I have ever seen. This car is in immaculate showroom condition inside and out. Rather than bore you with the details of what comes standard with this model I will focus on the specific condition of this vehicle. Exterior- Stunning showroom condition. The mars red paint has an incredible shine. No wear in this paint. There are no stains or dents in this finish. It has been kept clean at all times. The only flaw on the entire exterior that I can see is one small wear area 2"x 2" adjacent to the drivers door handle which I have chosen not to recondition in order to preserve the original condition of this vehicle. Interior: Charcoal Nappa leather. The inside of this sl55 is in absolute 10/10 condition. The seats are literally perfect with barely a hint of creasing. The bolster is not torn or worn. The carpets look brand new as does every panel on the interior including the alcantara headliner, instrument cluster pod, and pillars. The smell is brand new which is to be expected on a low mileage beauty like this. No smoking vehicle. Nav system and bluetooth 100%, cd changer, heat seat, dvd etc. Every power item on this car works 100%. Top/roll bar works 100% as well never misses a beat. Mechanics: This amg does not have any leaks or abnormal issues. The abc fluid was flushed and new micron filter installed, upon my acquisition with the original MB fluid along with yearly mobil 1 oil changes and replaced transmission fluid with the correct original mb spec. Everything is 100% and it is like a brand new car under the hood. No oil grime, no discolored aluminum casing on the motor. This car was garage kept its entire life. The rubber hoses are soft and zero cracking evident on the belts or any pieces. Even the plastics are not discolored in the slightest fashion. This car is mint. Ac ice cold. Acceleration is fierce, while the transmission shifts swiftly, thanks to the amg speedshift ecu tuning from the factory. Wheel Package: Factory original amg turbine wheels. No bends or vibrations or curb damage. Tires are all matching Pirelli pzero nero mb spec w rated. If you are looking for a true low mileage sl55 amg benz, this is the car. If you are a fanatic about the condition of a vehicle, this one will satisfy you. It truly is the best of the best. It has been retained in factory condition. Original msrp was in excess of $130k. Own this car at a fraction of the cost. A low mileage r230 sl55 is an excellent roadster and a pleasure to own. This vehicle has not let me down once since I have owned it. It is extremely reliable as it should be for a car with under 20000 miles. I have owned many high marque exotics including Aston Martin and Ferrari, and I will say that this amg sl keeps up with the best of the best in both looks and performance, without the additional price tag. I also drove an sl65 last year which did not impress me compared to the sl55 suspension and driving dynamics. Nearly 500 usable hp on tap at all times!! This car has many similarities to the SLR mclaren, which has a modified version of the sl55 motor! I will add more photos to the listing when I have time.
