I have owned this car for many years and it has treated me well. I have maintained and serviced it but it now has a stalling condition. I have replaced cam and crank position sensors but the stalling is still occurring. I have purchased another vehicle and this car is now up for sale. I am selling this car for my friend that is now elderly and in the hospital. He has had this car since new which shows a clean carfax, title, and is free of any accidents. The interior looks like new and still has the new car smell, showing almost no signs of use ! This car is extremely well kept and it shows, The exterior is 040 Java Black Pearl and has a deep glossy shine to it almost like factory new with minor imperfections which is to be expected with a 15 year old car. The car runs and drives beautifully,this e320 offers tight and firm handling while providing a smooth and plush ride with no noises, pulling or shaking. I have all the original books / manuals, 2 master keys, a valet key and even the window sticker that came with the car ($49,270 brand new). Everything works on the car AC, HEAT, SUNROOF, STEREO, ALL WINDOWS, LIGHTS, ETC !! YOU WILL SIMPLY NOT FIND ONE IN BETTER SHAPE FOR THE PRICE AND MILEAGE !! I am moving and have to make a tough decision to sell my wagon. I am moving in 2 weeks and cannot take with me. I am selling my 1998 Mercedes Benz 320E 4matic Wagon. This Benz is beautiful inside and out. There is 156k, Automatic All-wheel drive, power everything, 7 seats (rear facing third row), DVD/ navigation system, backup camera, limousine tinted windows, good tires, NO check engine lights, New radiator, and current New York inspection. The driver seat has a rip, driver side rear window needs a regulator($70 repair), the SRS light is on but does not affect anything including future inspections and the driver seat has been disconnected by Keeler service center ( I am a tall man and needed it at its farthest possible position. For sale is my 2003 Mercedes E320, price is neg. I have owned it since July 2003. The car was put into service in September 2002. I am the second owner and have maintained the car mostly at dealerships and have never deferred maintenance on the vehicle. I have the complete service history from my ownership available. During the past two years I have spend $3,000 in maintenance, the only thing the car needs right now is 4 new tires. I put in new headlights with LEDs, because the originals got cloudy, the originals will come with the car though. I did not put them on myself, because I would rather list the car at a lower price and allow the new owner to pick the tires they would like. The car is in good condition, keep in mind it is 107,xxx mile car. There are stone chips on the front a few scratches and dings, I have taken pictures of all the major body issues. The front bumper cover on the drivers side also has a small crack in it on the bottom (pictured also). The car has never been in an accident during my ownership, and has a clean car fax for the previous ownership (99.9% sure it was never in an accident during the 1st owners history, but I do not ever like to speak in certainties for things that I can not guarantee). If you want a clean well maintained Mercedes for a fair price with all issues disclosed this is the car for you. Local pick-up only
