In the late-80s, the heaviest of heavy-hitters was the Mercedes-Benz S-class, with the dramatic 560 SEL longwheelbase sedan at the very top of the hierarchy. The smoothed-over styling of the W126 S-Class signaled a newfound focus on aerodynamics and fuel-efficiency. Few cars have a more commanding road presence than an S-class Mercedes. This incredibly maintained and reliable Mercedes 560SEL is powered by a 5.6L V8 and a 4-speed automatic transmission. Hard to find a nicer one than this one. This is a one family owned car. You can see the name on the title and the name on the warranty data plate in the picture with the books is the same. It went from father to son. The silver blue exterior finish is in excellent condition. The interior is impeccable throughout the inside. Wood veneer trim is in excellent condition and the chrome is beautiful.
