In 2010 it was purchased by its second owner and has spent the last five years in Texas. Other cars of note in their household are a mint condition 1987 300D and an equally fine 1991 560SEC. The former owner was extremely well versed in maintaining semi-vintage Mercedes’. This is not only evident by the overall condition of this E500, but further backed an extensive service history. How extensive? We have added up just over $35,000 in service receipts contained in a folder resembling a telephone book. To say the former owner was meticulous would be the understatement of the year. There’s enough maintenance history here to make vintage Ferrari owners jealous!
