This is a very clean 1984 Mercedes 380 SE, This car runs well but has a lifter noise. The AC works & is Ice cold, the original Becker stereo is working & the interior is very nice. All of the power options work with the exception of the drivers window, it will not go down. The odometer reads 123,655 but is not operating correctly. The dashboard has one small crack ( pictured ) also one small crack on drivers door panel ( pictured ). I believe this car to be free of accidents & car fax confirms this. Car fax tracks the mileage on this car & it appears to not have many more miles then what is shown. because of this I have to say that the true mileage is unknown but should be close to the 123,655 showing. This Mercedes goes down the road well & starts right up, no leaks! Recently purchased from a Non-Profit Vets administration, sold with duplicate title transfer. All the paper work appears to be in order for registration. If you are a Calif. resident the car will need smog, you smog as I am selling as-is. If you reside outside of Calif., this should not be an issue. If my wife was not going ballistic over this latest acquisition, I would keep this car & fix the one noisy lifter. The tires have good tread but are weather cracked on the side walls, the chrome wheels look good from a distance, but a closer look shows that some of the chrome is peeling. This Mercedes has a working sun roof with no leaks. I have numerous projects & really don't have the room for another, according to my wife! I think this car is worth more in parts then what I am asking for it. Pre-inspections are welcome!
