This is the last year of the first generation Mazda Miata, considered by many to be a classic. It has the flip-up headlights and original, classic Mazda Miata body styling. HistoryPurchased vehicle from my brother on 6/1/00 in CA. I am the second owner.Original purchase date 9/7/98, Kramer Motors, Santa Monica, CA. ConditionGreat car in great condition. Has never had any engine trouble. Super fun to drive. Well maintained; all service records available. Major parts replacement and maintenance totaling $1,500 completed in April 2015, includes: full timing belt replacement, new brake discs, and new seals and hoses. Two tires replaced October 2015. Roof replaced 2011; in excellent condition. Vinyl top with plastic rear window that zips out flat.
