We take pride in accurately describing our vehicles and providing photographs that accurately depict the vehicle being sold. However, regular wear and tear should be expected on all used vehicles. Things like minor scratches, minor dings, minor interior imperfections will not be listed. Wear and tear that is of significant, easily noticeable nature will be fully disclosed, however the cars we sell are of very high quality and condition. All vehicles purchased on eBay are sold "As-is. where-is" with the exception of the items covered on the "Quality Guarantee" contract. All buyers of vehicles on eBay will receive the title 2-3 days after payment, and will have to sign an "Title Received Statement" document before vehicle will ship or be delivered, because of the rampant fraud associated with the Ebay Buyer Protection scams. It is the buyers responsibility to verify the condition of the vehicle prior to shipment or pickup. If you need additional photographs to make an informed decision, we encourage you to ask us for them and we will do it. It is your duty to inspect the vehicle or request additional information before you bid and win on a vehicle. All sales are final. TERMS OF QUALITY GUARANTEE Our quality guarantee contract covers the following components: Engine, Transmission, A/C system, Electric System, Cooling System. This contract covers the functionality of the covered components. We guarantee the covered components will function for the purpose in which they were designed. If any of the listed components should fail inside the warranty period, Florida Quality Cars shall be responsible for bringing the item back to functioning condition by any means necessary. This warranty will only be honored at Affordable Mechanics of America - Fort Myers. Warranty holder shall not have the right to reimbursement or compensation if seeking repair services anywhere but Affordable Mechanics of America - Fort Myers. Exclusions: Florida Quality Cars shall bear no responsibility for damages found to have been caused by negligence or user-error. Damage caused by low fluid levels, such as motor oil or transmission oil, are not covered and are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Regular wear and tear items such as brakes, rotors, bearings, engine coils, etc. are not covered by this contract. Damage to covered components will not be covered in the event of theft, accident, collision or any like incident. If you have been looking for a beautiful Linclon MKZ then you are going to LOVE my 2007 model with only 70k rust free Florida miles and great service records. This car is beautiful inside and out and is a true Florida car so there is NO rust and even the underside is nice and clean, look at the underside picture I took. It was traded in here in Ft. Myers Florida at one of our major dealerships as well, Carfax shows lots of services were performed including many oil changes, fluid changes and misc services and you can tell the minute you drive it, very tight and soild feeling and smooth as silk. Carfax did show a minor accident to the rear bumper some years ago but it was minor and of no significance. The Carfax report is so good they say to add $1200 to the cars value! The exterior is beautiful and is a very dark purple color, it almost looks black. There are no dents, scrapes, fade or rust and it has a nice deep Linclon shine and I even went around with the touch-up bottle and touched up any nicks or stone chips. The fancy top is in great shape as are the factory chrome wheels and nice matching tires with plenty of tread remaining to help give it the responsive and smooth MKZ ride. Look close at the pictures, it's one sharp looking MKZ. The interior is just a clean with no stains, rips or odors and this is a non-smoker's MKZ so it is nice and fresh inside. The soft heated leather seats look great both front and rear and all the trim looks great as well. On top of the dash around a plastic grill the dash has pealed up just a bit from the Florida heat, nothing that needs attention and not too noticeable but there. All the power options work great including the ice cold air conditioning, navigation system, power sunroof and 6-CD stereo that sounds wonderful. It truly is a beautiful car inside and out and obviously well cared for. What a pleasure to drive, so smooth and quiet but with a sporty MKZ feel.The peppy V-6 runs smooth as silk and should with only 70k miles and it will deliver great gas mileage. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission and suspension with no shakes or rattles, just as you would expect from a well cared for and serviced Florida car. I have the factory books and two keys with remotes and the Carfax report showing all the services. Look it over good and I am sure once you see and take it for a spin around the block you are sure to fall in love and with only 70k rust free Florida miles and great service records you are sure to be in love for a long, long time! I have great feedback so you can be sure that this vehicle will be just as nice as I am stating.
