This car is beautiful inside and out and is a true Florida car so there is NO rust and even the underside is nice and clean, look at the underside picture I took. It was traded in here in Ft. Myers Florida at one of our major dealerships as well, Carfax shows lots of services were performed including many oil changes, fluid changes and misc services and you can tell the minute you drive it, very tight and soild feeling and smooth as silk. Carfax did show a minor accident to the rear bumper some years ago but it was minor and of no significance. The Carfax report is so good they say to add $1200 to the cars value! The exterior is beautiful and is a very dark purple color, it almost looks black. There are no dents, scrapes, fade or rust and it has a nice deep Linclon shine and I even went around with the touch-up bottle and touched up any nicks or stone chips. The fancy top is in great shape as are the factory chrome wheels and nice matching tires with plenty of tread remaining to help give it the responsive and smooth MKZ ride. Look close at the pictures, it's one sharp looking MKZ. The interior is just a clean with no stains, rips or odors and this is a non-smoker's MKZ so it is nice and fresh inside. The soft heated leather seats look great both front and rear and all the trim looks great as well. On top of the dash around a plastic grill the dash has pealed up just a bit from the Florida heat, nothing that needs attention and not too noticeable but there. All the power options work great including the ice cold air conditioning, navigation system, power sunroof and 6-CD stereo that sounds wonderful. It truly is a beautiful car inside and out and obviously well cared for. What a pleasure to drive, so smooth and quiet but with a sporty MKZ feel.The peppy V-6 runs smooth as silk and should with only 70k miles and it will deliver great gas mileage. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission and suspension with no shakes or rattles, just as you would expect from a well cared for and serviced Florida car. I have the factory books and two keys with remotes and the Carfax report showing all the services. Out-of-state (non-Florida resident) shipping your vehicle to your state: We retain a notarized document as evidence of your shipping and do not collect sales tax. Out-of-state (non-Florida resident) taking delivery in Florida: If you take delivery of your vehicle here in Florida and we issue you a temporary tag, and your state has a Reciprocal Agreement with Florida, then we must collect your state’s applicable Sales Tax up to a maximum of the Florida rate of 6%. Any taxes over that amount you will pay when you register the vehicle in your state. If your rate is less than 6% then the lower rate will be collected. You will not be double-taxed. We will provide you a notarized document as to the amounts collected which you may present to your motor vehicle department as evidence of sales tax already paid. Any balance of tax due and related title and registration fees are the buyer’s responsibility. There are a few of the states which currently do not allow credit Arkanas, Mississippi, and West Virginia. To avoid paying tax to FL, and AR, WV, or MS we should make the delivery to you out-of-state by a transporter. We must retain the shipping Bill of Lading as evidence of the out-of-state delivery. Exporting: If you are purchasing a vehicle which will be exported overseas we can only release the vehicle to you via a transporter / shipper as the vehicle may not be operated on Florida roads with a temporary tag unless sales tax has been collected. We request a copy of the export bill of lading or dock receipt for our records and state audit purposes so that we are not held responsible for taxes. Shipping: -Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will assist in the arrangement of shipping, if requested. Legal: -All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Fort Myers, Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered in Fort Myers, Florida. Any vehicle sold 10 years or older may have exempt mileage listed on the title because of it's age. We run a Carfax Vehicle History Report to verify mileage is accurate on the odometer and eBay offers Auto Check in all listings.
