Here is the best of the best and it’s none other than a ’86 Town Car Signature Series here is car to pack up and head for the California coast, You would choose this one over anything else as it would be the most comfortable and best running one on the road. First and foremost, I know I will be receiving a barrage of emails about the mileage so here we go: The car shows 54k on the working odometer, looks and drives like they are original, the title says actual mileage but it is exempt for age. The 5.0L V8 Ford motor runs excellent and sounds as quiet and powerful as the day it rolled off the line. The transmission shifts smoothly through the gears and you are truly gliding along on a cloud in this one. The suspension is excellent, the brakes are strong and a good set of white wall tires on it too. The interior is just awesome with the kind of seats that warrant the saying, “They just don’t make them like this anymore.” There are no major marks on the cushions, the carpets are clean without any major wear and tear, the headliner is tight to the roof, the trunk is clean with the full-size spare, and all the interior trim looks great. The power windows, locks, cruise, seats, heat and radio all function properly and there are no bad odors inside. The body of the car is in good condition for a classic and although the beige paint has lost its shine, it is uniform and not peeling, there are no major dents or heavy marks, the chrome shines beautifully and the factory wheels look good too. The vinyl roof cover is in good shape, and whether you want to restore this one with a quick paint job or drive it like it is, it’s a sharp looking true survivor. A handful of small specks of rust bubbles are evident around the wheels arches. If you were looking for a full-size Lincoln luxury sedan that you can hit the key and drive anywhere in the world, this is the one.

Clean, clear title.Selling this as a parts car. As is where is. Located in LaSalle, Il. 100 miles or so west of Chicago off of I 80. 75 miles south of Rockford off of I 39. 80 miles east of the Quad Cities right off of I 80. 50 miles north of Bloomington Normal right off of I 80. Lots and lots of new or newer parts on it. Driver, passenger, and in seat air bags are all good. 1 month old alternator. $260 new with less than 400 miles on it. Complete front end suspension. Conversion kit for air suspension installed. Over $1500 invested in the suspension alone.New windshield.Electric Moonroof. Newer starter.Power everything. Heated memory driver seat. Heated passenger seat. Both mechanicals still work in the seats. . Fully loaded. Driver seat is shot from wear and tear. Center console top is shot. Interior is fair at best. Body has some minor dings and a little rust on wheel wells. No rust holes or major dents. 6 Disc CD player doesn't work. Tires are fair at best.Horn doesn't work. Driver side window needs regulator replaced. Have new one to go with and new motor already installed. Front power locks need to be put back on attachment inside the door. Driver side door panel cracked but functional.
