To have a payment this low, with 12K miles per year, on a $50K MSRP car, is a very, very, very, good deal. I am looking to get out of the lease because my wife just bought a mid sized car and I am looking to get into a coupe. Car has no issues, and will be under full bumper to bumper warranty for the entire lease. This is a great car for a daily driver with the ventilated cooled seats, and heated steering wheel. Also, comes with 1 year free of the Lexus ENFORM application you download on your phone, so you can start your car from your phone, lock/unlock, see your gas levels, etc.
