VIN: SALLDVAF8HA700791Collector gradeAll original and unmolestedFull certified ownership historyGreat service historyAll books and original spare keysAlways pampered and garagedRecent conservative refresh of interior and outer plastics with OEM partsOriginal paint buffed and waxed to unbelievable condition NOTE: I can ship the car anywhere, having access to dealer-grade shipping quotes. Unmolested, all original and in outstanding shape, with what is considered to be the best engine ever to be put in a Landy: the legendary 200 TDi. The steering wheel is on the correct side too (left hand drive). Full ownership history, all original books, two sets of original keys, all original tools and pouches. Rare double spare tire option (on rear door and hood). Also comes with the FIVA certificate of Historic Relevance. It is equipped with power disk brakes, power steering, and a tow hitch. I personally bought and imported this Landy this past Summer while visiting family in Europe. I drove it about 6000 kilometers (so approx 3500 miles) so I can tell you everything there is to know about it. Known history from day one: The car was first sold in 1991 in the province of Bergamo, Italy, to the owner of a local gas station. He then traded it in to a Land Rover Dealer in 1997 where another gentleman from Bergamo bought it and kept it until 2002, when it was purchased by an architect again from the same province. The last owner was a young man from (you guessed it…) Bergamo with a passion for English cars who bought it and spent some considerable time overhauling the interior with all original Land Rover foams, seat covers, floor mats, rear door panel, tail lights, headlight bezels and radiator cover grille, refinishing and detailing it very well. He even had the original tool pouch restored and gathered all the ownership information above, along with getting the car’s historical certificate from FIVA through the local ASI club (Auto-moto Club storico Italiano), that did so after inspecting the car and it’s history. The car has (and is) always been garaged, and I was told it never did any sort of off-road. The undercarriage of the car shows consistently: there is no sign of any contact between the bottom of the chassis and the ground (while normally you can see dings and signs of rocks hitting the undercarriage if it has done any off-road driving). Also notice that there are no added aluminum chequered plates anywhere on the car: while they look cool, they are generally put in place to cover up body damage or because the owner planned to use the vehicle in off-road conditions and wanted to reinforce the exposed panels, so them NOT being on the car is a good thing. He also had the differentials rebuilt, new water pump and belt, new OEM exhaust, new engine mounts, new brake booster and a full service performed where the engine passed with flying colors. It needs nothing but a loving owner. All of this is documented by pictures of the “before and after” along with some receipts and documentation (about 200 pictures in total). The seller then veered towards an original Mini Cooper and decided to let go of the Landy. That’s when I bought it and personally replaced the gearbox rubber mounts (they were in good shape, but felt it was best to replace them having the other 2 on the motor replaced earlier), I had the original paint buffed and waxed which brought it back to a glass-like finish, and I had all 6 wheels restored to new condition. All of this is also photo documented. Having the paint buffed while preserving the original decals cost $2,500 alone, almost as much as a cheap paint-job... I decided to not have the decals replaced as while they do show some signs of discoloration, a car is only original once, as they say. There are minor imperfections around the car, but you would never think it’s the original paint-work, even knowing the car lived a pampered life, it’s truly unbelievable how well it shows, and the new seat covers and foams complete what was in essence a very conservative freshening up of the car, with all original parts. Nobody believes it’s 25 years old. All and all the car presents itself in spectacular form. I would not hesitate to take this car across a continent today. EVERYTHING works down to the courtesy light and the beeper if you leave the lights on after taking the keys out of the ignition. Mileage is about 190k and original (which breaks down to a consistent 8000 miles per year). It will do close to 90 mph but is happiest at about 70, it’s a true pleasure to drive and seats 2 people in front and 4 in the back.Do note that the earlier versions (anything older than this 1991) will be very under-powered compared to this engine and will also burn a lot more diesel. The 200 TDi was really a leap forward that allows this car to comfortably keep up with traffic at highway speeds while getting about 30% better mpg. Also being a 1991 it qualifies as a classic vehicle so it can be registered and insured for very cheap: it’s the best year to buy a Landy. Later models have a BMW engine in them, and while they are indeed faster, they are nowhere as reliable nor “authentic”.A final note about the car’s status in the US: it has cleared US customs with flying colors after being scrutinized: this one truly fits in the “25 years or older” category whilst having the modern TDi matching numbers engine in it. I cannot stress enough the performance difference (and reliability) between the 200 TDi and it’s predecessor… I’ve had both, it’s night and day. Please ask questions, but before you do make sure you have your significant other’s permission as well as the funds to commit to buy. I’m a straight shooter and you will not be disappointed buying from me, but I have no time for dreamers. If you “need to think about it” do it before calling. 818.445.187ONE ADDITIONAL PICTURES AND VIDEO HERE

Back on market. Please have your funds in order prior to making an offer. For sale here is a right hand drive 110 with a 2.d turbo diesel motor. Solid running truck. Original 2.5 Td motor replaced with 'younger' 2.5 Td with less miles and better condition. Starts and runs very well. Brakes a bit soft but ok. Body is brush painted blue. Body has a few minor bumps on it. Nothing major. Driver door bottom and passenger middle row door has some rust. Interior is clean. Minor tear in side of driver seat bottom cushion. Headliner has minor sag. Easy fix if you're so inclined. Foot wells are solid. Gauges, lights, signal etc all work. No leaks to speak of. 2.5 Td is a nice upgrade from the na. Bulkhead is solid as well. Glass is all intact and clean. Truck is a solid truck that would be a great around town fun truck or a good base for either a rolling restoration or a complete frame off resto. Any questions, please let me know. Thanks.

From Casillas de Coria, Spain. Marine Blue with Alaska White safari roof and wheels over gray cloth. 2.25L diesel, 4-speed manual transmission. 87,000 original miles in the care of just one owner. Used regularly as a bread delivery truck (and occasional ambulance) in a small village in western Spain near the Portuguese border. Starts easily, and runs and drives exactly as it should. No structural rust anywhere, and no rust in the chassis. All the upper bodywork (white painted part) can be removed, allowing the truck to run fully open, with the windshield either in place or folded flat. In unrestored and largely original condition, wearing extremely charming patina. Some dings and dents, and some cosmetic rust in hinges and bolts and such. Recent wing mirrors, battery, front brake pads, brake master cylinder, and brake fluid flush, and ready to drive anywhere. A wonderful, evocative example of the well-loved Series IIA Land Rover, with a truly unique history, ready to write the next chapter of its story on this side of the pond. Conveys with clear Virginia title. Our story and history with the vehicle can be found here: '1971 Land Rover 109 Santana' 1971 Land Rover 109 Series-IIA Santana - 2.25 4-Cylinder Diesel - 4-spd manual transmission, high-low transfer case - 2-door truck, seats 3 - Removable bodywork (see photos) lets you drive open-air - Clear CBP, DOT, and EPA paperwork conveys - Located in Richmond, VA Interior: The original seats had met their match after 44 years, so the previous owner had them reupholstered in the fabric you see in the shots. Seats three across the front, with the rear wide open ready for it's next great adventure. There's some light surface oxidization on some of the interior of the upper bodywork as shown in the photos.  Exterior: The wheels and white upper bodywork are both recently repainted, and while there's some spots of over-spray evident, when taken in context along with the original blue bodywork, it looks just fine. The logo from their bakery remains on the door.  Drivetrain: It just received a new battery, which I mention as you reference Montana - we put in a big-'ol-honker of a battery, rated for 1000 CCA at 32-degrees / and 850 CCA at 0-degrees (Far). The truck fires up quickly and without holding the glow plugs here in Virginia. We just put on new front brake shoes, and replaced the master cylinder.  Misc: It'll need tires sometime in the near future if you're going to go offroad. It does include a spare, 5th wheel.

This is a great opportunity to get an entry level low mileage Defender 110 Turbo Diesel that is already stateside, legal, and registered. These trucks get harder and harder to comeby at reasonable prices each year. This example, which will be a great starting point to build your perfect camping / adventuremobile...or you can drive it as-is reliably as a daily driver or on trips. Everyone has their own ideas of what they need in a rig and that's why this one is up to you to personalize and build as you see fit. (We will gladly lend a hand of course) 100% legally imported and titled in the State of Virginia. Title in hand. Truck gets a lot of attention and people always have a talk when i get out of it. For a 28yr old vehicle it is average shape. Frame is rot free and not covered in rust, yes inevitably it may need some paint and undercoating and even a minor repair, but it is 28 years old, and certainly viable and not rotten. As with any land rover rust areas, such as the door bottoms and bulkhead is inevitable. Having said that, the doors are viable for repair, and certainly are not throw away unlike half the doors we see on trucks like these. The bulkhead, will need extensive repair. I will gladly help in the process of sourcing and or fixing the doors via the company i run, or even repair or replacing the bulkhead. Defenders of this vintage all have bulkhead issues, as they tend to last about 5-10 years before rust sets in and starts eating away at the metal. So be weary of “totally original cars” with perfect bulkheads, simply said they do not EXIST!!! Nonetheless, paint and flawless exteriors are not what it's about with this kind of vehicle, as you would buy it for its legendary status and capabilities. I have driven it all over the place and would gladly ship it for you by driving it to you!!! (some compensation is to be expected for time, fuel, etc... etc...) In short, a very good truck perfect for a build-up or driving it just as it is! Remember, this vehicle is now 28yrs old and as such has the normal expected wear for it's age due to its originality. Please do not come or bid expecting a showroom 110. If that is what you are looking for you are going to pay 70K+. That being said, it is a great low mileage truck that is the perfect starting point for your own adventure lifestyle. We do stock quite a bit of parts that can be purchased separately and a price for installation can be negotiated. Go explore and live well. $500 PayPal deposit is to be made within 24 hours of winning bid. The remainder is to be paid via cashiers check from the bank or via cash on collection. This is a great opportunity to get a rare 1986 Defender 90 V8 that is already stateside, legal, registered, and road going bi-daily. These 90 V8’s are fairly rare and the trucks are get harder and harder to come by each year and has doubled in value in the past 4 years. This terrific example has been my personal truck for the past three years and has had extensive work done to her. Upgrades: Edelbrock 500CFM (brand new) ($350) Performance flowed intake (brand new) ($295) Piper performance camshaft ($235) Upper half engine rebuild ($2200) Stainless Steel FULL tubular exhaust from the heads to the back ($1325) Dual electric fan upgrade ($210) Brand New Stainless Steel Roof Rack plus ladder ($675) 52” LED Light bar ($250) Philips LED Headlights ($350) New Wheels ($560) Nearly New BF GOODRICH Tires ($800) Total bill for the past year: $7250 plus Servicing completed this past week: 1. Oil change and new filter has been done. 2. Differential Fluid has been changed. 3. Transfer-case Fluid has been replaced. 4. Transmission fluid has been changed. 5. Radiator/Cooling system flushed.6. All other fluids checked and/or topped off. Results: the upgrades make the car blindingly fast for a Defender, (0-60 in just shy of 7 seconds), combining it with a great V8 growl. Yes if pushed this one will actually do nearer the 95mph mark, not that i am recommending that you do so. 100% legally imported and titled in the State of Virginia. Title in hand. Importation documentation comes with the title. Truck gets a lot of attention and people always have a talk when i get out of it. "What you see is what you get" this is our moto as we rather tell you the good and bad and show you an honest truck that has not had bondo rather than try to hide everything under a "NEW PAINT JOB" sceem. For a 29 yr old vehicle it is in good shape. Frame is rot free and not covered in rust, yes this has been thoroughly inspected both on the ground and in the air. Very cool and a dead give away to the quality of this car is that the door bottoms are still intact and are original. Corners on the bulkhead, as per usual on all Defenders this age, are bad and should be addressed in the foreseeable future. I do work on these vehicles all the time and the repair cost for this should be around the $1200 mark. Nonetheless, paint and flawless exteriors are not what it's about with this kind of vehicle, as you would buy it for its legendary status and capabilities. I have driven it all over the place and would gladly ship it for you by driving it to you!!! (some compensation is to be expected for time, fuel, etc... etc...) Please do not come expecting a showroom 90. If that is what you are looking for you are going to pay 60K+ in the USA. The rear of the seats are not upholstered, but the seats and backs are, and look good. The truck seats three across the front, with the rear wide open ready for it's next great adventure. There's some light surface oxidization on some of the interior of the upper bodywork as shown in the photos. The interior is otherwise just as any other Series-IIA; spartan, but absolutely functional. Drivetrain: The truck has the same 2.25L four-cylinder diesel as every other Landy, mated to a four-speed transmission. 4WD engages smoothly. It just received a new battery, which I mention as you reference Montana - we put in a big-'ol-honker of a battery, rated for 1000 CCA at 32-degrees / and 850 CCA at 0-degrees (Far). The truck fires up quickly and without holding the glow plugs here in Virginia. We just put on new front brake shoes, and replaced the master cylinder. Administrative: Truck was legally imported through the Port of Baltimore, and conveys with copies of the approved import documentation if requested. Vehicle is currently registered in Virginia, and is sold with a clear, valid Virginia title from a duly-registered Virginia dealership. I'm a big fan of in-person inspections prior to purchase, and will happily talk anyone through the specifics of the truck as requested. In conjunction, the dealership can also review the truck as requested to help answer any specific questions. We can help coordinate domestic trucking, though that is at the expense of the buyer. We are not selling internationally at this time. Thanks for looking

For sale is number 58 of 300, Special Edition NAS D90 in Willow Green. This is a super straight, super clean that is just about flawless. The truck runs perfectly on rebuilt motor completed approximately 32k miles ago by a top Rover Shop in Maryland. The pictures say it all here. This truck was very, very well maintained and cared for. If something needed replacing, it was replaced. There is over $16k in receipts with this truck showing the meticulous nature of its ownership. Everything, literally, everything works as it should…signals, lights, brakes, transfer case, winch, AC (blows ice cold), awesome aftermarket stereo, transmission, everything. The rebuilt motor starts, idles and runs incredibly. I have owned a few of these over the years and this one runs and pulls the strongest by far. There are zero, again, zero leaks anywhere on this. The engine bay itself is also straight and clean. Frame is flawless with not even any surface rust. Rear cross member was replaced a few years ago properly and is perfect. All the rubber is solid with no dry rot or anything concerning at all. This truck is truly a gem. Of course, the bulkhead is solid from top to bottom. All the glass is clean, no chips or cracks. Safari rack is like new. Wheels have no scratches and tires are at 80%. Foot wells have minor surface rust and that is it. Four rear jump seats are complete. One has a cracked bottom portion that is easily replaceable. Headliner is very tight and clean all the way around. Don’t forget the ARB bumper, Hella lights and winch as well! If you are looking for an immaculate, near perfect D90 for a reasonable price, this is it. These trucks in this condition are becoming harder and harder to find and go up in value every year. This truck is 100% turnkey and I wouldn’t hesitate to get in and drive across the country. Any questions and are a serious buyer, just email me. No tire kickers or low ballers please. This truck is the real deal and I am in no rush to sell her.

In short, a very good truck perfect for a build-up or driving it just as it is! This vehicle is now 29yrs old and as such has the normal expected wear for it's age due to its complete originality. Please do not come expecting a showroom 110. If that is what you are looking for you are going to pay 70K+. That being said, it is a great truck that is the perfect starting point for your own adventure lifestyle. The roof rack pictured is not included in the sale. It spent the majority of its life in Sardinia until I bought it in September 2014. I use it daily, to and from work. I drive my kids in it and have had no issues mechanically. It does, as any old Land Rover, leak a tiny bit of oil, but overall it is a solid truck. I have a new front propshaft which I didn't have the opportunity to install and some other minor parts that I am including with it. I will also send PDFs of the repair manuals via email to the buyer. 1988 Land Rover Defender 90 panel back. (Not 1980 as in the specs, due to Ebay not recognising the VIN) Recently imported from the UK. VIN: SALLDVAB7EA317665 Starts and drives well. The 2.5TD engine is lightly smokey when first starts but clears quickly and runs smoothly. Gearbox is tight, shifts correctly with no crunching. Overall good condition, the chassis is pretty solid some signs it has had repairs to chassis and bulk head tops in the past. The bodywork is solid but has some oxidation on the lower panels and door bottoms. Door bottoms will need doing at some point as will the footwells. Passenger door lock does not work. but both latch mechs has been replaced with new Brtipart units. Interior is sound, I recently replaced the seat bases and the drivers seat back. Centre jump seat back has a rip across the top. ( No seats in the rear) Decent truck, Ideally needs some cosmetic bits and bobs and a repaint to make really nice, but mechanically its really sound Overall in good assailable condition, I have been driving it daily for the last 2 weeks here and for about 6 months on and off in the UK and i have been totally happy with it. Recent new glow plugs have been fitted and full coolant flush Note: this is a 28 year old truck in original condition, so down expect an show vehicle, There are marks on the paintwork and it could do with some light restoration in the future. Comes with Clean VA title. Please contact me with any further questions $500 Non-refundable deposit required at the end of the auction then cash on collection

1997 NAS Defender 90 with 112,xxx on the clock. Owned for 4 years, garage kept. Used only on around town errands and taking kids to baseball practice. Interior is pretty much flawless. Exterior is outstanding with minor blemish on rear corner of driver side. See pics. Oil cooler lines replaced with steel ones and not a speck of rust on this beauty. These trucks are only going up in value and it is time to let someone else enjoy it. If you are looking at this ad, you know how unique and awesome these trucks are, as well as what they are worth. This is priced below the market for a quick sale. If you are a serious buyer (and have the funds), feel free to email me any questions you have. Thanks!

Very nice Defender 110 here with 68k original, documented miles. Owned by an older couple in the UK and truck spent a lot of its life in the garage. The mileage is documented via the MOT certificate which is the UK version of the state inspections here in the states. See photo with the mileage from the latest MOT cert. Original color of truck was green and was repainted gray. VIN is salldhmb7ba305322. Exterior of the truck is very good. You can see from the pics that the frame is perfect, the bulkhead is perfect and the rear cross member is perfect. The door bottoms are all intact but a bit crusty in spots. Still are fixable. Foot wells on both driver and passenger are solid with no issues whatsoever. The hood needs to be opened manually via the wire connecting to the locking mechanism. Wheels and tires are both fine. Interior is original. Seats are worn some but not in need of any repairs. The floor mats are clean and double layered to improve the ride and noise when driving the truck. She fires up on the first turn and drives, shifts and brakes without issue. The 2.5 turbo diesel motor is peppy and shifts thru all the gears with ease. Windows and glass are complete. Trucks in this condition are very hard to come by nowadays and especially with this type of very, very low mileage. I have priced this to move quickly and can help arrange shipping. This would be a great daily driver as is or would be a superb restoration candidate because it is solid all around (frame, bulkhead, foot wells, strong running motor and perfect shifting transmission). Any questions, let me know. Thanks!SALManufacturer code: Land RoverLDModel: Defender (for early models: Ninety, or One Ten)HWheel base: 110 inchMBody type: 4-door station wagon (LWB)BEngine type: 2.5 litre diesel turbo (model 19J)7Steering and transmission: Right-hand drive (RHD), 5-speed manual (LT85, LT77, LT77S, R380 or other)BModel year: 1985 to 1987AAssembly location: Solihull, UK305322Serial number

Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This is a 1995 Defender. I purchased her over a decade ago and have babied it ever since. The truck runs perfectly. I'm not so sure I want to sell it but promised my nagging wife to put in online since we're about to move overseas so I either find the right owner or put her in storage. If I can cover the cost of my daughter's pre-paid college tuition, it will go-- that is the only way I can justify it. This particular truck has the distinction of being #25 of 500 imported that year. Upgrades: -- $964 tire upgrade to Goodyear Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar -- $300 radio upgrade to JENSEN JMS7010 Waterproof AM/FM/CD/MP3/WB/USB/iPod & iPhone and SIRIUS Satellite Radio Ready Marine Stereo with NOAA Weatherband" I also have the optional IPhone/ Ipod attachment installed. -- Electronic harness for trailer lights -- Roof rack -- Warn winch (XD9000) -- Rubber mat for cargo area Defects: -- Small off-roading dent on front left. I almost had it popped out once but decided to keep it there since it makes the truck look tougher. -- Rear key missing but door locks from inside -- The passenger door is painted a slightly different white. I bought it this way and have not had any issues with it.
