This jeep has spent its entire life free of snow and road salt and has been preserved in amazing condition. The jeeps original owner passed away and the jeep was used sparingly over the years owing to its low 49,000 miles In 2010 the wife of the original owner decided that it needed paint and spared no expense having it painted the original color and to original specifications. The interior is immaculate! It is mechanically sound, totally stock, runs well, shifts well, and is road ready. This is the quintessential garage queen and it is begging to get out and see some country. It is a 4.0 liter 6 cylinder motor with a 5 speed manual transmission. The engine idles and accelerates as it should with no problems. The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch works beautifully. The seats are pristine with no weather damage, fading, tears, or splits. The carpet is clean and well kept. The windshield glass is intact with no stars or cracks. The engine shows no evidence of oils leaks or seepage in any way. The brakes are soft yet firm with no pulsating or unnatural feel. The tires are in excellent condition.
