I got this Scout II 2 years ago to pull the drive train out and install it in my Jeep Wrangler or put a nice Scout body on it and re-sell it at top price like they are going now , but never happened and it has to go . It is a '78 SD33 Nissan Diesel , Non turbo . It starts right up , with no noises , knocks or smoke , and it idles nice and quite . I see why the previous owner was restoring it and saved it , . 4x4 , Dana 44 front and rear , 4 speed manual , power steering and A/C . Nice radiator .Nice dash ,no cracks .Good front floor pans . The frame is excellent with no rust or rot . It has a good rear clip with nice tailgate , and a windshield frame ( glass cracked ) . No battery included .Nice running project hard to find , excellent drivetrain and chassis . The possibilities are endless , you can put your Scout body in it , or any other brand body and make it a nice off road rig or mud truck . The Scout was covered outside all the time since I got it .Clear Title .$125 fee will be added to final price unless it is sold off this site .
