I have a zero deductible on vandalism hence such a minor claim. 06/21/2014 - again in the same walmart parking lot; the rear hatch was bumped while the car was safely parked cracking the drivers taillight in process. I was near the car during this minor incident so the individual was caught with a police report filed under his insurance policy thus later paying out to get the tiny dollar sized dent popped out and the taillight simply being replaced. It is safe to say both of these incidents were so minor I can’t even count them as accidents. Both estimates were under $500.. As for the second title my mother finally transferred it into my name on 12/19/2012

I am selling this vehicle because I decided to get a new truck and do not need two vehicles. I have owned two trucks in my lifetime and my Tiburon handles better in the snow, with the current winter tires, then either of my trucks ever have with all weather tires. Has normal wear and tear on the front of the car. The only problem I have experienced with this car, besides needing a new radiator which I just replaced, is when I use the AC, the AC belt seems to slip a bit. Mechanic's Special 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6! 105k miles! ***I do not have the title to this vehicle*** From CONDITION DESCRIPTION section: Interior of car is in 8/10 condition considering model year of car. No major scratches, scrapes, or gouges. All major buttons and/or levers are fully operational. All major interior lights are fully operational. Exterior of car is in 6/10 condition considering model year of car. Some light scratches and some light scrapes, but no gouges or rust on body of car. On rear driver's side, there are some spots where the clearcoat is peeling. There is light rim rash on all four wheels. All major exterior lights are fully operational. Car struck a deer which became stuck under the vehicle and caused an unknown amount of damage underneath the car. Car will currently allow the key to turn over but jumps to 5000 RPMs upon starting. There were no pre-existing mechanical issues with the car before striking the deer and there are currently no dash lights that come on upon starting the vehicle. Vehicle was in full working/operational condition before striking a deer on 10/12/15. The car will allow the key to turn over in the ignition but upon starting will immediately hit 5000 RPMs. There are no dash lights on and my honest suspicion is this is an easy addressment for a mechanic or someone familiar with cars. Pictures were taken after incident on 10/14/15. Vehicle must be towed or hauled off my property as it is not road-driveable. I will allow up to seven days upon completion of payment for removal of the car from my property.

Item & DescriptionHere is your chance to buy a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT. This sale is mostly for the engine and transmission. The engine has about 68,000 miles on it and the body has about 168,000. It has a decent amount of rust on the undercarriage and rear quarter panels. The car could easily be cleaned up but I no longer have the time to clean her back up. The transmission is in great shape as well as the engine. Everything that is left is included but the interior has been stripped and all of my custom parts have been removed. I still have the custom parts that I can include if the buyer would like for an additional price. I have Bride replica racing seats, NRG harness bar, Corbeau harnesses, GT wing that was made exclusive for tiburons, a custom subwoofer box to fit the trunk perfectly and SSA V2 headers will stay on the engine because I can't get them off. It currently does not have a steering wheel, seats, radio, air intake, hood, front bumper, spoiler, rear passenger brake caliper, rear rotors, exhaust or head lights. I have aftermarket struts and springs on the car and haven't taken them off so that the car can be easily towed to its next location. I do want the struts and springs though, they are only being left on so the car can easily be moved, arrangements will be made to take my struts and springs back unless you'd like to purchase them. The rims in the picture are not for sale, the stock rims are put back on the car already. They were just put on last year and have less then 5,000 miles on them.
