Such titles include Reconstructed, Flood, Recovered Theft, and Salvage Titles. Our inventory features both damaged vehicles with salvage titles that need to be repaired and vehicles that we have already repaired at our facility which now come with Reconstructed, Flood, or Recovered Theft branded titles. All vehicles that we repair pass through a reconstruction inspection by a state certified enhanced inspection mechanic and are ready to be driven and enjoyed with no further repairs or servicing needed. From time to time our inventory will also contain damaged or previously damaged vehicles which still retain their clean titles. We always disclose if a vehicle has had prior accident damage even if it has been repaired and still has a clean title. That is the major difference between Feretti Motors and many of our competitors. If a vehicle's price seems to good to be true, then there is most likely a reason for it. Terms of Sale & Condition The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales. Payment Methods Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Vehicle is located in Plymouth Meeting PA, 5 minutes outside of Philadelphia. This van was well maintained and is in great condition. It has a CLEAN TITLE and NO ACCIDENT HISTORY. A free carfax report is provided in the listing photos. LEATHER – HEATED SEATS – ALLOY WHEELS – MOONROOF – REAR AIR The Odyssey is mechanically sound. Engine was fully serviced and oil was changed. Almost New Tires recently installed and balanced. The engine runs like new and transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The Serpentine Belt & Drive Belts were replaced at 123,000 miles. The van doesn’t shake or vibrate when driving and offers a smooth ride at low or high speeds. It was recently inspected and has PA inspection good thru 10/2016 The exterior body of the Van is in excellent shape overall. The paint has a nice shine and the vehicle was well taken care of. 2005 Honda Odyssey EX-L with 108k miles. This is a top of the line edition of Odyssey.Tons of options, including leather power seats, automatic sliding doors, rear climate control and much more. 3rd row seats fold flat. 2nd row consists of 2 capitan chairs, which could be either moved together with a walkway on the side or pulled apart with a walkway in between. The van runs great and have been serving us well for the past 7 years. We have just bought a new Odyssey and don't need this one anymore. It does have some scratches and dings around, but everything works fine. It's been very reliable for us. We've bought it back in 2008 from an insurance company with some front damage (fender, hood, bumper, headlight, etc), which we have repaired by a professional body shop and obtained a reconstructed title at that time. No accidents since then. Just trying to be as honest as possible. Cosmetically it's not perfect. Don't let the visual imperfections full you though, it's a nice reliable van underneath. Loaded with features including sunroof, leather seats, all power doors. Car has a salvage title, I repaired using all new OE Honda parts, no exterior body panel had to be repainted. This van has the most recent computer calibration, new rear brake pads, and everything else is running just like it should. No paint repairs were done to this van, the pictures show what there is to know about the body. This van is a rebuilt flood vehicle-I inspected it before purchase to make sure that no water had gotten into the engine or transmission, but all fluids were replaced anyhow before starting it again.
