Here is an overall good to very good condition 2010 Honda Element EX 4WD (AWD) with factory navigation and backup camera! (and all other EX options) This is a classic example of a well maintained highway mileage car with very little interior wear or body wear (other than a few dings on the bottom hatch section) ... this is a Honda and the way it drives this car has at least 100K left in it ... I'd drive it cross-country no problem. KELLY BLUE BOOK VALUE (private party) is around $8100 so I have this priced well to sell! Current VA inspection windshield sticker good thru 6/2016 ... car runs and drives like a 50,000 mile car! ... all maintanance is up to date and all 4 tires are around 5-6/32s or approx 1/2 tread or better (plenty of life left) ... brakes are also in good shape and ebrake holds well. Exhaust is quiet, the car steers straight and stops as it should. There is a small chip in center of windshield which has no effect on drivability. All accessories and lights appear to work as they should. Every once in awhile the check engine light pops on but it has no effect on drivability or power of the car ... acceleration is smooth as is the transmission ... when you see/drive the car you can tell it is all 'road' mileage and was driven/maintained properly. Has the factory Honda TOUCHSCREEN NAVIGATION system with USB connection and BACKUP CAMERA (nice feature that makes parking much easier) I bought this car recently from the orig owner and drove it 4 hours home ... I was going to fix the hatch (I had a $300 estimate) also detail it then resell it but decided to do a full detail and sell the car the way it is ... the new owner will get a great price/car and may or may not want to fix the hatch (depends how fussy you are as it has no effect on functionality it's purely cosmetic) I have the clean title in hand ... the car is located in Harrisburg, PA where the bus, train station or airport are close by ... there are also several car rentals available as well. 2006 Honda Element Ex AWD SUV, 5 Speed Manual Transmission, very clean and well maintained.the exterior of the vehicle is very clean with minimal scratches and dings. The only damage is from being backed into in a parking lot, scuff on bumper and rear passenger side, taillight has a spider web crack from same incident. You can see this in my pictures. It is mechanically perfect and everything works as it should. I have owned this car for almost 5 years and have had no problems at all, I just need a bigger vehicle. It has brand new brakes and 4 new tires, less than a month old. The interior has some stains and scratching on the plastics but nothing major, just from regular use. You could drive this SUV anywhere you want and have no problems, including cross country. I am available if anyone would like to come see the vehicle or test drive it. Any questions please ask. (Owners manual and 2x factory remotes + orig. Honda key are included and original spare tire ... this is a clean, PA titled car. - Interior of the car is in exceptional shape (a strong 9/10) ... floors are very good , seats are in near perfect condition, headliner is near perfect, minor signs of use here and there in the cargo area and a couple small faded spots on the dash but overall it's in well above average cond. Interior is very clean and ready for purchase. The only issue in the interior is the height adjustment knob is missing (common issue if it bothers you it's around $30 thru Honda) - Exterior is also in super good condition (a strong 9/10) ... NO RUST ... the 'Tango Red Pearl' Metallic paint shines beautifully (great color on the Element) ... recent Maguires buff/wax ... the stock factory Honda 16" rims are in overall good to very good cond. and 2 front tires are in great shape, rears will need replaced soon - Mechanically the car is in great condition and ready to drive anywhere. With All Wheel Drive and traction/stability control the car is great in the snow and rain plus it handles very well for an SUV. Has around 111K miles (2nd owner bought at 15K and drove to 110K) which is nothing for a Honda, starts right up, no unusual smoking or noises, no oil use, runs and drives great ... auto trans shifts nicely and it brakes and steers as it should. Averages around 21-22 mpg in city driving ... 26-27mpg on the highway. A/C is ice cold, heat is hot and all other controls function as they should. *** Newer upgraded LARGER battery, new NGK Iridium spark plugs, Oil just changed with Mobil 1 Extended Performance 15,000 mile oil and Purolator Synthetic oil filter ($40+ spent on oil change) newer serp belt, mass air flow sensor cleaned and throttle body cleaned. All other maintenance is up to date. Brakes, tires(new) and exhaust all in excellent shape! Seller makes no guarantee as to condition, mileage, year, model or any other circumstance regarding the automobile. Buyer acknowledges that the actual condition of the automobile may vary from any photographs, statements or representations made by Seller. Buyer represents that he/she had an opportunity to inspect the automobile prior to purchase and acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for any defects or repairs, regardless of any representations (oral or otherwise) made by Seller. Furthermore, Buyer acknowledges that Seller will not provide a warranty of any type with regard to the automobile and, therefore, depending on the status of the manufacturers warranty, there may be no warranty of any type covering this automobile. 3. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given.
