I am the original owner of this CRV. It was only used for work purposes and even then, only a few times per week. I'm also a non-smoker. As a result, the car's interior is in excellent condition. The car literally looks like new. In terms of the engine, it has worked perfectly since the day that I purchased it. The car has been driven gently, without any hard acceleration. And, I took the car into the dealership for all required schedule maintenance and there has been no repairs required. If you inspect this car, you can tell right away that this was a gently used car that's very close to being new. Reason for Selling. I was intended to keep this car long-term but I was unexpectedly given an extra old car so it made this car unnecessary. I'm actually sad to let this car go. Warranty. The car is still under factory warranty (Basic - 36 months/36k miles; Corrosion - 60 months; Powertrain - 60 months/60k) Other Nice Features. Bluetooth integration with smartphones with steering wheel controls and Rearview camera. Helpful Hints. When I was deciding upon the different models (LX, EX, and EX-L), I opted for the higher EX model because it gets you alloy wheels, moonroof, fog lights, a security system, auto headlights and bigger tires. However, what really convinced me to get the EX model was the armrest. It doesn't sound like a big deal but I realized that driving all the time without an armrest is a bit uncomfortable. Try it and you'll see what I mean. If you're considering the EX-L, make sure you're ok with the leather seats.

I am the second owner. An adult non-smoking female.I bought the CRV and have been driving it since 17K miles. The car is good for a new driver and it is still running strong with 234K miles and has many more to go. There is one mechanical issue that just came up. The car needs an exhaust system and catalytic converter. I priced the parts for about $600 and labor $300 but decided to sell the car at a lower price instead of doing the fix since I have another car to drive. The average selling price for this car, even with the high mileage, without any mechanical needs would $2,900.00. I am selling it for $2,000.00 and if you are mechanical and can do the repair you will have a better deal. The CRV has always been dependable. The motor and trans are still very strong and the ride is solid and still smooth. I have maintained the vehicle with regular oil changes and any needed maintenance. The all wheel drive makes it good in snow and gets great mileage. The AC/Heat works great. The interior is good. There is a little ding on the rear driver panel from when I backed up into the neighbors lawn service vehicle parked right behind my driveway, but it doesn't cause any issue at all with the functions of the car.
