2013 Honda Civic EX This vehicle has a Texas Reconstructed Title. Please check with the DMV in your state for registration requirements. As you can see from the photos that I have listed this is a great looking and very well equipped 2013 Honda Civic EX sedan. Just to highlight, it features an automatic transmission, rear view camera, Gray interior, climate control, Bluetooth, cd/satellite radio ready/aux. input jack audio system, power moonroof, VSA traction control, 16" alloy wheels and more. The body is in all around great condition, with the usual parking lot dings. The interior is in equally all around great condition with a small. Mechanically this Civic is in great condition with nothing negative to report. Just turn the key, drive and enjoy. I've driven it from Houston to Washington DC and a few other long distant trips. This Honda was previously involved in an accident. I have included pictures of the car before it was repaired. The passenger side fender and hood were replaced. There was no damage to the engine, frame, or suspension. I bought it from a dealer in Texas already repaired, I had it inspected and titled in Texas and the civic comes with a Texas Reconstructed Title. The only thing that was not replaced was the driver side steering wheel airbag. In a nutshell what you have here is a very well equipped Civic EX sedan that needs nothing more than a new home. I am selling it cheap for its prior history. I'm only selling it because I bought a 2015 BMW and my civic is just been sitting.

I am selling my 2002 Black Honda Civic EX coupe. I recently moved into D.C. and no longer need a vehicle. -Interior is in great condition-AC and heat work great-Moonroof and other Civic EX features-Great gas mileage-VA safety inspection valid through May 2016 After buying it I put in $900 worth of repairs, including a new battery, major tune up, new spark plugs, ignition coils, PCV valves, Air filter, and valve cover gasket. I have the work order as well as a folder worth of maintenance records from the previous owner. -The car’s main issue is that the check engine light is consistently on. After extensive testing and replacing of the parts listed above, my mechanic brought in an electrician who confirmed the check engine light is on due to a glitch in the car’s computer. A new computer can be ordered from Honda, but since this is an older model of Civic they only make batches of the computers occasionally. It is possible to put your name on a waiting list with Honda and they will ship a new computer to you the next time they are manufactured. Mechanically there is nothing wrong with the engine, however since the check engine light is always on this car will not pass an emissions inspection. If you live in Fredericksburg or a county in VA where emissions inspections are not required, this isn’t too much of a problem. -There are some minor exterior scratches and scuffs in the paint job. The most noticeable is the scuff along the drivers sider under the passenger window and another scuff/slight dent in the wheel well. There are close up views included in the pictures. -The cigarette lighter, CD player, and remote control lock do not work. -The trunk can be a little tricky to close and keep shut. My mechanic replaced the trunk door actuator, but the real problem is that the trunk frame is a little bent. They corrected the problem as much as they could, but it sometimes takes a couple tries to keep the trunk closed. Overall the car is in great shape mechanically and should last for a long time. For Your Consideration: Our 2002 Honda Civic EX sedan with just under 160,000 miles. The color is black pearl and is a 4 door sedan with automatic transmission. We are the original owners of the car and was maintained with the intent to drive it forever. Operational and Mechanical Condition: The car is in excellent running condition. AC, moonroof, and all accessories including remotes, power locks and windows, levers, knobs, etc. are in serviceable condition. Oil changes were done mostly with Mobil 1 synthetic. Transmisson fluid was flushed approximately every 40,000 miles. Timing belt was changed at around 93,000 miles. There are no modifications on this car and was responsibly driven. All four tires are new, replaced in September 2014. Last oil change was done in May 2015. Average combined MPG is between 34-36. We lived mostly in rural locations so the car mostly has highway miles. Overall the car is turnkey with no issues. Vehicle Exterior: The exterior has a plethora of dings and scratches but is in nice presentable condition despite it's numerous flaws. Please note that this car is 13 years old and the exterior is by no means perfect. The car also has a clean Carfax but just being upfront and honest the car has been hit three times, twice in the rear (while parked in a lot) and backed into once in the front (again in a parking lot) all at low speeds. Damage was light and was only cosmetic. Each time the damage was professionally repaired in all cases by licensed body shops. The car was garaged about 10 out of the 13 years we owned it. The paint is still shiny with regular waxing during it's life. Vehicle Interior: The car interior is in excellent condition (no kids and no pets). The carpets have minimal to almost no stains and looks like new. The original front and rear factory mats are included and are in excellent condition. There are some scratches on the plastic panels on the doors but nothing major. Original factory stereo is in good working order. The seats have no tears or stains and are in excellent condition. The headliner is clean with no stains or tears. The worse thing on the interior are the fabric panels on the inside of each door. The fabric is loose on the bottom but is not too noticeable. Summary: This is an excellent running car that was very well maintained. Our asking price is closer to the top end of the KBB retail price (currently around $6000). However where this car excels is that it was regularly serviced and have the records to back it up. An inspection by a prospective buyer should reveal that this car was very well taken care of. This car potentially has a long life still ahead of it. Why Are We Selling It?: We needed and purchased a van to transport visiting family members and for cargo carrying capacity. Terms: Clean title in hand. Paypal deposit of $500 required within 48 hours or car will be relisted. Remainder to be paid in person with cash only within 7 days otherwise the car will be relisted. No checks and please no scams. Upon inspection of the vehicle the purchaser may cancel the sale if the vehicle is not in satisfactory condition.
