Interior is original. More pictures of the interior and exterior will be posted soon during this listing. Photos in the listing are from 2012 and the car has been garaged full-time and driven 1,285 miles since the photos were taken. If you know these particular cars you know how rare they are with this low mileage and in this condition. Well worth fixing up and keeping it running. That being said, probably not worth trying to flip. Service records since 1988. Same owner since 1991. In spite of what the Vehicle Report seems to suggest, this is a three (3) owner vehicle. 1st owner was from 1984-1989, 2nd owner was from 1989-1991, we are the 3rd owner from 1991-present (2015). In person inspections prior to buying or offering are encouraged and welcomed. Sold AS IS, and I want you to know what you're buying! I'm told by my autobody and welder friend that body panels for these are still available which could make repair of the rusted areas much easier, though possibly more expensive depending on how much the front fenders and floor panels would cost. I haven't looked into that.

Car is pretty solid for the year. Body is straight with very minimal "Honda" rust starting. It's been in the family and a reliable daily driver for the past ten years. Miles will go up slightly since it is still being driven almost daily. PA inspected until March. There are a few aftermarket parts and others have been replaced recently. I'll list everything below. The is a turn-key car so no work is needed to pick up and go or swap in a bigger engine like most people do with these. I'm listing this for my brother but I used to own the car as well and still love it. Pros -Megan racing header -Magnaflow catalytic converter -Apexi Noir Complete cat back exhaust -All suspension was replaced in 2010 with stock parts -Front and rear lip kit -Brand new fuel lines and clutch recently installed -All brakes are good -Radiator, spark plugs, timing belt and tensioner installed in last 20k miles -Alloy Honda 15" rims from a 2003 Civic Si w/ decent matching Kumho tires, 50% tread -Black housing headlights and tail lights Cons -Drivers side door handle is broken (including parts needed to fix) -Occasional issues with the wiper selector (including parts to fix) -Rear wiper needs replaced -Cabin hood release handle is broken but it can still be used to pop the hood (can include parts needed to fix if wanted) -Valve cover leaks a little (typical) -AC belt is not installed but I think it works (haven't cared to use it in the past few years) Thanks for looking and please ask any questions. I am selling a silver 1997 Honda Civic DX with only 114,000 miles. Mechanically the car is great. There are no problems with the engine, no leaks or mechanical issues. I have recently had the starter and resonator replaced. Oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. The body of the car needs work. The front bumper was torn off in a hit-and-run and I replaced it with a black primer coated bumper. There are scratches and marks on the back bumper. There are scratches in the paint around the vehicle. The back driver side tail light is cracked and there is a dent in the body right next to it. Again, from a hit and run while parked on the street. Interior of the car is in fair-good condition with normal wear for an almost 20 year old car. There is a sunroof that leaks and is not currently operational. The only problems with this car are cosmetic.
