2006 Honda Accord Sedan, V8 engine The car is extremely reliable, and has less than 115,000 miles. It was bought used, and has clean record. Since the time of purchase it has had all necessary maintenance done in a timely manner. While the car exterior is in good shape and has no rust, it does have minor body damage on driver’s side and parking marks on the rear/front bumper. The inside of the car is clean and well taken care of. It also has a sunroof, power windows and keyless entry. Throughout ownership of the car, we completed the following services: Completed the airbag related recall Changed all four tires. Since the replacement, the car went for about 20.000 miles Replaced spark plugs and air filter Recently replaced all rotors and calipers on the front and the back of the car Recently completed an oil change Professionally detailed Before going on the market, this car went through a pre-sale inspection. The glove box latch is broken, a common issues for this car, but can be opened. Owning this car has been great. I feel safe and comfortable driving it, even during the winter. Sadly, after working in the city for a few months now it became clear that I have no need for it anymore. It will make a great family car since it is roomy and easy to clean, or a good first car since it is very dependable.

Up for sale is my 1998 Honda Accord LX. It needs a new transmission, or if you know how to fix one yourself, you're in luck. The car would slip out of 3rd or 4th gear and go into 1st or 2end. It is an automatic transmission. Issues started in July of 2014 and the car has been sitting for a year. Car starts with no issue, engine sounds great and quiet. Runs smooth. Never had an engine issue while driving it. I just put in a brand new battery into the car on October 19. The car only has 99445 miles. I moved closer to the city for a job, so I did not need to use this car, so that's why it ended up sitting and not getting fixed. There are a couple tiny rust spots from where rocks chipped the paint on the hood, and few small scrapes on the bumper. For a car in it's age, it is in great physical and interior shape. It is missing the nob to select fan speed on the dash. The interior is clean. The flex coupler underneath has a small hole in it, so the car does sound a little loud but it does not affect driving. Car has valid NJ inspection until July of 2016. Thats just about everything I can think of, I want to be upfront about everything. I am the second owner. I purchased the car in November of 2013 and put about 17k miles on the car by the end July 2014 when the issues started. I do not recommend driving this car with the current state of the transmission. Once the transmission warms up, that's when the gear slipping occurs. I have changed the transmission fluid numerous times using the recommended Honda transmission fluid in an attempt to save the transmission. I've seen used transmissions go for as little as 350, so if you know what you're doing, you can fix it up for relatively cheap if you know what you're doing. I'm not a car guy so at this point, I just don't feel like putting the work in the car nor do I have the knowledge to do it all myself. If you know cars and know how to fix the issues I said above, you'll get a great car that has low miles on its engine for a Honda! It will last for a long time and will be a great commuter vehicle or someone's first car. I'm asking 1800 for the car or best offer. Car is located in Blairstown, New Jersey.Car is Sold As Is. No warranty or returns. A deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours and it is non-refundable. The moment the car sells on eBay, I get charged fees. I will be willing to consider a partial refund of deposit (minus listing and sale fees) if there is a great discrepancy between what I wrote here and the actual car. Like I said, I've been up front with everything in regards to this car. Buyer responsible for pick up or shipping and all related costs. In September 2015 the vehicle's water pump and timing belt were replaced.
