Selling an exceptionally clean, 2001 GMC Sierra SLE Crew Cab pickup. This truck is fresh from Texas and has never seen a Michigan winter. The body is in pristine condition with not even a hint of rust. Nice burgundy color which shines well, but has a few stone chips and scratches and only damage is a small ding in right rear bumper (see picture) Has 221K miles, but drives like it has 50K. This truck has been very well maintained and it shows in how it runs and drives. This SLE model, which is loaded with all the bells and whistles including dual power seats, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, and more. Has a spray-in bed-liner with 5th wheel rails installed and wiring plug for a fifth wheel trailer. Also has standard Reese style hitch installed under the bumper. These trucks are designed to tow. This truck was owned by a retired Dallas police officer and he was a fanatic about keeping his truck clean. Interior is showroom condition, even the carpets are near spotless. In Texas style, it has a high end, full chrome front push bumper. This truck runs, drives and stops great, goes straight down the road with no shakes, shimmies or pulls. Has 6.0L Vortec V8 engine with automatic transmission. Runs strong with no smoke or rattles. We purchased this truck damaged, it laid over on the right side. Truck runs and drives great!No mechanical damage. Needs Right Fender, Front bumper, both right side doors need repaired or replaced, Left box skin needs replaced, along with the left rear door and right box side. There is a dent in the rear bumper. Up for sale I have a 2003 Gmc Sierra 1500 extended cab long bed. Original owners, 0 accidents. Only 140K miles! Starts and runs great! Drove it 2400 miles round trip to Florida and back this spring, ran great no breakdowns. Oil changed every 5k miles consistently. New stainless steel brake lines last fall, calipers where changed at the same time. Have all maintenance records since it was drove off the lot in 2003. Interior is in good condition. This has been a Michigan truck its whole life and it does show, rockers are rusted out, both bumpers, hitch and tailgate have been replaced because of rust. Airbag light is on (just needs a sensor).
