1997 FORD PROBE GT AUTOMATIC, 6 SPEED 96,269 miles on it. Its green. There are 6 new tires with the car. 4 regular tires mounted on the rims, and 2 brand new studded tires for winter. (The total cost of those tires is $740.92). I paid $4,000 for the car in November 2009. I had the car brought in to me on a car transporter from Illinois. And that cost to me was $500. The car sat on a storage lot at Fretz Transfer for about 5 years and 5 months. My dad ran the car on a regular basis while I was away for a few years. Then I was the one who ran the car. I only ran the car for a few months because I thought it would not be a big deal. And I let it sit for several years. I only put 12 miles on the car. I just drove it on that storage lot at Fretz Transfer. I got a quote from Big G Tire Pros in Monongahela, and I am asking for $750 for the car. A carfax report is included. My number is 724-493-8584

1989 Ford Probe GT Turbo. Manufactured in 1988 this is one of the first off the assembly line, and one of the only ones on the road remaining. This car has been garage kept most of its life, purchased by my grandfather in '89 when it had ~40k miles on it,. I don't want this car to rust away, because it is so rare and beautiful. I'm just putting it out there seeing if there's anyone out there who sees this as I do - a desirable piece of history to show off that is super fun to drive. It's been a very dependable car, and very comfortable on long car trips. the stock bucket seats are very comfy and since it has cruise, it's awesome. It's been to California and Tennessee and back a few times now. It has 142k miles on it, but the rockers are solid, and no rust underneath... The turbo works seamlessly, putting you back in your seat when you get on it, giving you a lot of opportunities for irresponsibility. ;) The stock radio/stereo went out on it a few years back so I replaced the whole system with Kenwood speakers and dash piece with USB and Aux hookup, and also has wiring for an amp in the trunk. This car isn't for just any kid needing a commuter car to school. I want it to go to someone who might preserve it. The mileage goes up daily.

We are proud to offer for auction this fantastic 1993 Ford Probe G.T. This vehicle is a true survivor and is in fantastic overall condition both cosmetically and mechanically. A true testament to the original owner's care and attention that has been lavished on the vehicle thru-out it's life. In a coast to coast Road Test by "Automobile" Magazine in search of the best car's in the world, the Probe "G.T." scored 3rd place, right behind a $80K Mercedes and a $80K BMW, with the Probe costing only $21K (Quite the achivement). The exterior body is lazer straight with all original body panels and perfect fit and finish and with it's original Ebony Black paint. There are no dent's or dings and the paint finish has a deep shine with no fading. The interior is also factory fresh with a well equipped cabin with power window's and locks, power sunroof and the factory stereo works great. The A/C is cold. All guages and idiot lights function correctly. On the road is where this vehicle excells. The ride quality is excellent with pin sharp steering and braking. The 2.5L KL-DE 24 Valve V6 is a fantastic power plant which produces 164 H.P. capable of providing 0-60 MPH in 7 seconds with a top speed of 137 MPH. To say I like this car is an understatement, it really is a pleasure to own and drive. I get a "Thumbs Up" everywhere I go. I am the second owner of this vehicle. This car is pretty clean for a 96. It has a couple of small tears in the driver's seat and a couple of small parking lot dents. It looks and & runs good and has plenty of power. I recently did the timing belt and water pump.
