1965 Ford Mustang!!! Here is an absolutely beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang that is in excellent condition!!!! This gorgeous Mustang features one of the nicest restoration/restomods I have seen with costs exceeding 65k dollars. This Mustang has had a no expense restoration with upgrades along the way such as a fully built 302ci Fuel Injected V8, Power Steering, Power Disc brakes and Air Conditioning!!! This Mustang has been a California/Arizona car since new and is completely rust free. The car retains all of its original factory metal as evidenced by the date coded sheet metal. The Mustang has been gone through from tip to tale and from top to bottom with every single component being replaced, restored or upgraded. One look at this car and you will realize that this Mustang is not like many of the Mustangs on eBay. This is something special and the truck just has that great crisp look to it, with its beautiful paint job, beautiful chrome, all new lights and lenses, great stance, gorgeous interior and tons of tasteful upgrades. There is LOTS of money that has been poured into the engine and drive-train. The car has that great "muscle car" idle, and sounds EXACTLY the way a muscle car should sound. The paint job on this truck was completed to am incredibly high standard and looks excellent. The car was completely disassembled, hood, trunk, doors, glass, trim etc.. was all removed taken down to BARE METAL and painted separately. Even the bottom side of the body car was stripped down and repainted as well. The body is LASER straight and looks beautiful. The paint has a very "deep" look and has a great shine since it was a Base coat/Clear coat paint job. When the car was painted, it was done properly. All of the rubber seals were replaced after the car was painted and are all in great condition. This car has the nicest opening and closing hood, trunk and doors I have ever come across on a Mustang. Many man hours were spend getting the doors and panels perfectly aligned and working with amazing precision. The exterior is really set off by the great looking wheels, beautiful new chrome trim, and its great slightly lowered and aggressive stance. The level of detail on this car far exceeds about 99% of the cars for sale and this is likely one of the nicest Mustang coupes on the planet. Take a look at the "clear bra" neatly placed to protect the leading edge of the hood, the edge of the doors and the trailing edge of the rear fenders. Look at how precisely everything lines up and even the edges of the blackout trim on the hood are done with incredible precision. The paint job on this car alone exceeds the cost of many classic Mustangs. This is a car that you could bring to a local car show and show it with pride, or you could go on great long weekend drives in. Overall the exterior is in excellent shape. Click to enlarge Interior: The classic Black interior of this Mustang is like new and in excellent condition. The front and rear seats are like new and in excellent shape. They are free of stains, rips and tears. When the seats were reupholstered all of the foam was replaced as well. The carpet is like new and in excellent shape. The dash pad is in perfect condition and is free of cracks etc... In-fact all of the dash pieces have been replaced and are brand new. Every courtesy light, every gauge etc... are all in great working order. If you take a look at the seats you will see that they have been slightly modifed with slighly larger bolstering to help hold you in the seats while cornering while still preserving the the classic look of the Mustangs interior. Overall the interior of this car is beautiful and is a great place to waste the weekend away. Click to enlarge Engine: The 302ci fuel injected V8 fires right up and runs like a top. This engine has been completely rebuilt and detailed to a showroom like finish. The engine runs beautifully. It always starts and runs excellent just like a modern car. This engine has had lots of money poured into it and the car and the car runs GREAT!!! The engine is estimated in excess of 320hp. The engine bay was sandblasted and refinished to a high standard. The cars transmission was rebuilt at the same time and shifts beautifully. The transmission is a Ford AOD transmission that has been built to handle the extra power of the engine as well. The Overdrive really helps at freeway speeds . The transmission shifts perfectly and is very responsive and smooth. This car features power front wheel disc brakes which stops the car very well. The car also feature a dual circuit master cylinder to aid in safety as well. The power steering really makes this Mustang easy to drive and much more comfortable to drive daily. The engine sounds great with its "true" dual exhaust exiting under the rear valance. The car runs nice and cool even in Arizona's hot and dry climate and features an aluminum radiator. This car is also equipped with a modern A/C system that looks like the original A/C but performs much better and works on R134a. The car steers beautifully with its power steering and the car tracks perfectly down the road. The suspension has been completely gone through as well. All rebuilt and all new components. . The bottom side of this mustang is as well finished as the top side. I can not stress enough at how every inch of this car has been gone through and virtually every component rebuilt or replaced. This car has over 80k invested!!!!! Very few Mustangs for sale are as clean and as well sorted as this one. This car really is a blast to drive!!!
