1967 Ford Ranchero 500XL 390 This is rare Ranchero please see the Marti Report one of 40 in this Paint and Trim code originally a Texas vehicle that ended up in Alabama where I purchased it and moved it to Maryland a few months ago. Please look at all the pictures and ask any questions you might have before you bid, it makes it easier for both of us. I am moving back to the West Coast and would rather sell it than transport it home. Cons · Looks like the new gas tank is installed in correctly upside down just noticed that when I was looking at the pictures · Power Brake booster and correct master cylinder are missing · Somebody switched the seats looks like Galaxies seats to me · One of trim piece on Passengers bed rail needs to be replaced · Has new Holley carb not the correct Autolite 2100 · Missing A/C compressor · Somebody added the 390 power bulges to the hood · Power steering has developed a leak and I haven’t figured out what it needs. · Pad is cracked needs to be restored · Paint is wrong check the Marti Report clear coat is blistering · Driver side toe board has holes see picture also the area behind the seats where the spare tire goes has been repair inside with silicone must have leaked over the years-see picture of the passenger side floor pan. If you look at the picture of the rocker panel on the passenger side it has been effected as well. Pros · Very low production numbers one of 40 · Minimal Rust · Body is pretty straight · 4 New tires · New front bumper-comes with the original as well · Many new parts door panels/brakes/gas tank/carb etc. · Runs and drives · Most of the trim script pieces come with the car I will add a picture later · Power Steering · Power Front Disc Brakes · Tinted Glass · A/C · Limited slip 3.00 rear · Courtesy Light Group This Ranchero in my opinion need to be taken back to its original color and the restoration process finished and you would have one unique vehicle. Restored 1963 Ranchero. Lots has been done but still more to do. Engine has been rebuilt, rebuilt carb, upgraded from generator and points to coil ignition and alternator. Electric fuel pump and steel braided fuel line throughout. Suspension is full air ride with Accuair. Ridetech shockwaves in the front. CPP mini-subframe kit on the front with control arms. 4 link suspension with airbags in the rear. Two vivair compressors, Accuair valve block and Accuair touch pad controller. Interior mostly done, brand new panels, upgraded dash. Needs radio and the carpet finished. Its in but not fixed to floor. Bed needs redone. Taillights were custom frenched, bed trim molded into one piece. Door handle shaved on passenger side. Needs rear bumper, I have one if you think it can be fixed. Brand new glass rubber throughout and brand new windshield. Brand new wiring throughout and upgraded digital gauge panel. Custom paint and pinstriping, House of Kolor Orion Silver with prism metajuls. Teal Kandy paint on roof, pillars, accented in engine. Just needs a little more to be finished. Great show car, always turns heads. Will upload more pics soon. Clean and Clear Arizona title ready to go.

Other Items Feedbacks About Us Contact Us Add To Favorites Arizona Rust Free Survivor 1966 Ford Ranchero This listing represents a real desert sweetheart, a surviving 1966 Ford Ranchero. This truck appears to be a pride and joy to an Arizona gentleman up till a few years ago and it looks like he tried to spend a lot of money on it. According to the VIN tag its original destination was Arizona; indicated by code DSO-75. The motor has a sweet and smooth running 302 V-8 with Automatic Transmission. This is a Box C Arizona Title, not actual miles/miles unknown. The data tag reads: (Body)66B (Color) M (Trim) 42 (Date) 22B (DSO) 75 (Axle) 1 (Trans) 6. The exterior body is really pretty cool looking, sporting a shiny blue finish with accent white marbilization. The finish is appealing but has some imperfections, miscellaneous chips, nicks, and scratches. A cool aftermarket hood was added, which an apparent finish split shown in pictures. The bed floor of the truck was "Rhino Liner" coated and really straight, not all banged up. The engine and under hood was painted to match the exterior. The bumpers and stainless were painted gloss black, to give consistent and attractive look. The driver window jam wind lace in frame was removed, so the glass is unstable rolled down. The truck is missing the rocker mouldings. The underside is ROCK SOLID and very impressive, be sure to see the pictures! Mechanically speaking for a 50 year old truck, it is impressive. The motor appears to be rebuilt and has some aftermarket add ons; an Edelbrock Intake and Carb, headers, and electronic ignition with MSD 6A Ignition box. The motor starts right up, and runs super; the transmission shifts nice and smooth. The DISK brakes seem to be good. The biggest concern and known recommendation would be to replace all 4 tires; they are pretty dry and cracked in the tread and few belts were showing. The headlights, tail lights, and brake lights works! Engine Block Stamping D4DE-6015-BA should indicate a id 70's 302 motor. The interior is not great, not terrible, but has potential. Please see pictures, might be good enough for you, an upholstery hobbyist could do quite a bit with it! The truck was equipped with remote door actuators and the manual handles disabled. Currently the electronic feature is disabled, manual releases are operational. It would appear that the remote battery may be dead, and/or a wire was shorting to the passenger side. Should be an easy problem to solve. The opportunities are endless with this Ranchero, personally a little tedious work done and not a lot of money will make this fine driver. However if you want to do a Ranchero Restoration, you probably can't start with a better one. What you better count on: Tires, some weather stripping, a little detailing, and some local miles to troubleshoot any problems that could arise from a car that has been sitting for a few years. Maybe for those seeking a project, what a great start with this bone dry solid truck! These quality 60's Ranchero's are becoming fewer and far between every day. This question always comes up: Can I drive this home? My answer: First of all, you can do whatever you want. If you have time and patience, have at it. Plan on driving it right to a local Discount Tire and put some new rubber on it. AAA wouldn't hurt either, just in case. This is a almost 50 year old used truck, that runs good, has clean oil, clean transmission fluid, but things can happen!This vehicle is being sold "as is" with no warranty.
