Super low mileage for an irreplaceable Shelby GT500 might seem unbelievable. If it weren't true! This factory original and fully restored Shelby GT500 with VIN 7R02Q202080 has a verified 19,000 miles the odometer. Add to that, under the hood roars the elusive 428 cubic-inch Police Interceptor and two four-barrels. It just doesn't get any better, and the owner is motivated to sell! It's the real McCoy, Not a Clone, Not a Tribute, Not a Recreation. If you want to own a piece of history, this is the car to get. The GT500 has been called the "Ultimate Muscle Car," and nothing can touch it because it is now a legend among collectors. Did you know that the most expensive Mustang ever sold at auction was a 1967 GT500? Well, here’s some more news. The second most expensive Mustang was a 1967 GT500. Both fetched more than one million dollars each at auction. In fact, these particular cars rolled off the production line the same year as the factory original/restored 1967 Shelby GT500 with VIN 7R02Q202080 presented by BlueChip Motorcars. Once owned by former pro-wrestler turned network TV host, Bill Goldberg, and Steve Davis of Barrett-Jackson Auctions, the Dark Moss Green 1967 Shelby GT500 features many rare factory options, but its most important original component is what’s rumbling under the hood, the limited-edition 428 Interceptor that shook the doors of its competition when it was introduced back in the late Sixties. That equates to 7,051cc’s of thunder waiting to be unleashed. With its well-documented history and celebrated background, the car sports a C-6 Cruise-O-Matic, front hydraulic brakes, the trademarked functional lower rear brake scoops, LeMans striping, the notorious Traction-Lok rear-end, factory A/C, 15x7 spoke wheels, independent front suspension, Hotchkiss rear suspension (live axle, multi-leaf, semi-elliptical springs, tube shocks).Other notables include power brakes, power steering, aircraft type front seat shoulder harness, fold-down rear seating, extra cooling fan package, courtesy light group and tinted glass.According to the Shelby Registry Report, this GT500 was manufactured on 7/24/1967 and the original dealer was Marv Tonkin Ford Sales. The car was Dark Green Moss with black interior as it sits today. When built it featured 15-inch 10-spoke wheels and an un-louvered hood.Drives wonderfully, and extremely powerful with no odd noises, rattles. The engine is street friendly and never overheats. Instrumentation works and interior is in great shape. If there ever was a time to revisit the investment potential of one of the last surviving Shelby GT500s it is now, while the market is making a strong comeback. Yes, it's undercarriage is just as nice! About Factory Correct Cars offered by BlueChip Motorcars BlueChip Motorcars periodically offers classic cars that may be listed as Factory Correct, or Numbers Matching. Because there are many opinions about the term(s) used to describe these types of listings, allow us to explain how BlueChip Motorcars comes to that assessment. As you may know, depending on the source, the term “matching numbers, or factory correct,” may mean many things to many people. Purists might define it as a car with every possible window crank, dash knob or even every nut and bolt is original to the car from the time it left the production line. Although some classic cars do exist in that rare condition, most do not. The majority of classic cars on the market were at some point in their ownership, restored or repaired with NOS parts (new old stock) or licensed reproduction parts. Whenever the information is available to us about the use of these parts, BlueChip Motorcars will gladly pass it along to the potential buyer. BlueChip Motorcars uses the term Factory Correct or Numbers Matching only to distinguish a vehicle where the engine casting code corresponds with the VIN and Cowl Tag code. If these codes tell the same story about the car in question, BlueChip Motorcars then considers it to be a Factory Correct or Numbers Matching vehicle. However, unless otherwise stated, the transmission, rear end, and transmission may or may not be original to the car. BlueChip Motorcars welcomes all potential buyers to verify all the information with a qualified expert. We would be happy to email you all the numbers that are obtainable on any vehicle where the term Factory Correct or Matching Numbers is used.

Legendary 351 cubic-inch Windsor BlueChip Motorcars is pleased to offer a California-built 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback that rolled out of Ford’s San Jose plant during the heyday of muscle cars.It sports the legendary 351 Windsor V8-powered small block as well as the classic Ford 9-inch rear end, which corresponds to the decoded VIN, although it is not the matching 351. It is a classic muscle car in every detail. Best of all it shows only 27,961 miles on the odometer.According to the decoded data from VIN# 9R02H177489, this pony car original came from the Ford factory with a 351 cubic-inch engine. The current period-correct 351 engine was rebuilt in 2009 and it is super tight with plenty of performance. To ensure that electrically it is sound, the A/C blows cold all day long, and that all the gauges and switches function like new again, the car was rewired by the restoration team at Family Service Center in 2015. Other notables include gas shocks, a dual Flowmaster exhaust system, Energy Suspension bushings, and aftermarket front anti-sway bar.In fact, more than $17,000 was invested in the car to ensure that it lives up to its reputation as a high-performance Camaro eater (receipts available). In detail, the A/C evaporator box was replaced, the heater ducts and vacuum climate control system restored. The heater blower motor and resister were also replaced as well as the A/C evaporator coil. Turn signals were restored when the wiring was done and are fully operational. A firewall to headlight harness, taillight harness, engine gauge feed harness and under dash harness are only a few of the upgrades. Lastly, the carburetor was completely overhauled, the accelerator pump, floats, gaskets and seals were replaced. With low miles this quick and agile automatic silver pony car with factory racing stripes, is a powerhouse with no signs of overheating through all kinds of traffic and congestion. Braking performance is good as well, and there are no odd noises at speed, other than the roar of the engine! The paint is like new and buffs out like it just came out of the showroom. The interior is nearly stock, except for the aftermarket front seating. The smaller rear seating is covered in the original black vinyl. All seat belts appear to be factory original. What’s great about the first-generation 1969 Ford Mustang is that it was restyled, setting it apart earlier pony cars thanks to those quad headlights mounted deep into the fenders and the inside ones mounted in the grille area. The cool looking side scoops were mounted higher on the rear fenders in 1969 on Fastback models. The undercarriage is again free from rust or patch panels. The working hood scope retains the Ford factory 351 emblem and all badges are in tact throughout. The chrome or stainless trim is in great shape throughout. This is an arrow straight Fastback that takes you back to a time when life was about big horsepower and racing for pinks. It's definitely a sentimental favorite when it comes to pony cars. 0 0 1 840 4789 Quick Dog Productions 39 11 5618 14.0 Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE CONTACT: For additional information call BlueChip Motorcars at (949) 496-3000, or directly at (949) 922-1006. 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible An exquisite example of the iconic 1966 Mustang Convertible, this classic has been meticulously cared for with continual improvements made to insure a pleasant driving experience. The previous owner is a recently retired California Judge who is downsizing and selling his pride and joy. He has owned the car for many years (it was a gift from a happy client from when he was practicing law) and has taken great care to bring this car to the fine example you see today. The car runs and drives beautifully and as can be witnessed from the pictures, the paint is in exceptional condition. He kept the car in a climate controlled environment and drove it less than 1,000 miles per year. Each mile carefully logged with diligence and pride. During his ownership he added many items to make the driving experience the most enjoyable. He added items such as vintage air, power brakes, electronic ignition, new front and rear glass, new chrome and bright work throughout, sheepskin seat covers, a new dash and a top of the line sound system. There are many receipts that will go with the car. This car was truly a pampered member of the family that continually brought joy to its owner. This car is wonderful to look at and a pleasure to drive. If you are looking for a convertible Mustang that you can drive anywhere with confidence and turn heads everywhere you go, this is the car!
