Selling my 1999 Mustang SVT Cobra. Medical problems in my family have forced unexpected travel expenses. This car is overall in very good condition. This car does not look or drive like a car with 163k miles. There are a few very minor cosmetic issues I will describe below. It has been well maintained for its age. This is a 5spd manual car. Motor is a all aluminum 4v 4.6L that is bone stock. This would be a great platform to modify however you would like. This is one of 608 manufactured in this color scheme.The car runs, drives and shifts well. Front brakes are 4 months old. Timing chain was replaced at 115k according to the previous owner. Please note: The top does not leak but is showing signs of its age - Fading and the seams are tearing at the top corners of the rear window Radio - Turns on but no sound - Could have disconnected. These are a dime a dozen at any parts yard and super simple to install. Driver door cup - loose and faded Front Right Wheel - slightly curbed on edge Window cowl - Has a crack in it. Its plastic and 18yrs old These cars are becoming obsolete and will only increase in value. There were 4055 Convertible Cobras Manufactured in 1999, I wonder how many are still on the road? I bought the car in 10/05/2011. Since the car 13 years old, it had some problems and I fixed them. I replaced the Intake Manifold and the alternator. The alternator has a lifetime warrant from AutoZone by using my #(7047803115). 2 months ago, I replaced the front pad the sparks plug. the pads are from Tire Kingdom with a life time warranty. In 10/08/2012, I installed a new tires (Yokohama YK580), and they still in good condition. The car had an accident that caused a small damage on the back. The car has an upgraded exhaust system. The car had Mach 1000 Audio System that has two large amp in the tank. the Mach 1000 packs 1,140 watts of peak power (570 watts RMS). The reason for selling it is I am upgrading to new Camaro.
