For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me.... it is where I started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down... I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. Truck is clean no rust, real sharp paint, nice interior, mechanically great I service powerstrokes and this checks out excellent, good batteries and injectors, she fires right up has a edge controller I put in, good shifting tranny and recent clutch job, good rubber, tight front end, has new exhaust from middle back. Not too awful bad rubber, good brakes and exhaust. Good frame, original body with some rust, dents scratches, interior has everything working good but some wear and tear in there, I sell these in mint shape for 15 grand plus but this is 1/2 the price but just as good mechanically, if your looking for a showpiece bring 15 grand and we can fix you up,, need a hard working truck for plowing or working bring much less I will fix you up as well.... Just hit the key and that beautiful powerstroke is purring, no smoke, blow by or leaks just pure music to your ears. Strong tranny just serviced(rebuilt at 180K record at Ford Dealer in Colorado) excellent rubber, brake, ball jonits, exhaut, shes got the power, also real tight tracking down the intertate at 75-80. Body/paint /frame is super clean no rust no denting/scrapes ect just real nice gloss and very sharp. Interior non smoker interior in also mint shape, no stains, smells rips or tears or dash cracking. All options working cold air and hot heat, you can tell with 1 look and drive previous owner had a lot of pride in thi unit, no chips mods or programmers it is pure stock even the factory alcola alloy wheels! Has some paint flake on clear coat in spots, bed has some typical dings, an other wear and tear issues associated with this year and miles but overall real clean not rusty good solid truck in good running shape.
