2008 f250 6.4 powerstroke. I bought them is truck in arkansas for a donor truck for a lariat I had with a bad engine. basically lifted the body off both trucks. put my lariat cab onto the southern frame and drive train. put the southern body onto my non running 6.4 frame and drive train. everything is there but the bed. the engine I thought was blown, after further inspection only had a bent push rod. could easily be fixed. the heads are off the engine. but all the parts are here. cab is completely rust free and looks as if it had never been rode in.

This 1 owner truck I bough from a new car dealer in Denver Colorado a few month ago it was a trade in on a newer one. Body and cosmetically truck is average but no rust, frame is clean and real nice, oil pan and brake lines are excellent, see Denver get snow but does not use salt so no salt damage on the trucks out there, and why I spend 1000 to drive or ship them in. Glossey paint, straight body, interior is nice all power toys working no rips or tears non smoker owner. Mechaniclly absautly the best. Rotella oil every 5K, engine fires right up smoothe no blow by smoke or leaks. Had a brand new reamn Ford tranny at 200K, I installed 8 new glow plugs, new Interstate batteries, new reman alt, new reman air conditioning compressor, fresh filters and fluids, new cerp belt. Front end is tight with good ball joints and ty rods. Brakes and exhaust all good to go. Runs and drives 100% guys only thing I can pick on is the rubber is to the PA state minimum but still safe to get her home. Fly in drive home no problem!! Also keep in mind she is 14 years old so it does have 14 year old picup truck wear and tear like stone nicks, paint chips and blemishes small parking lot dinggers but nothing needed truck presents itself excellent, and again mechanically new!! Miles are 174K certified, wonderfully dealer serviced its entire life, garaged kept too. The 7.3 fires right up, no smoke or leaks. Good hot batteries, injectors and new glow plugs. Good rubber, tranny just serviced, fresh filters and fluids, good belts and hoses, real tight front end, an yes she is ready to drive to California or where ever you need to go. Interior is in excellent shape, all toys working and gauges, frame, oil pan and brake lines are mint too!! This truck is good for another 200K both of my personal 7.3's have over 400K and still plugging away, its about the body frame and service history and this gal has that plus low miles(170K), color and more. Owner was a military person so took impeckable care of her. The 7.3 fires right up good strong batteries, glow plugs and injectors, cold strart no problem super smooth. No blow by smoke or leaks, or check lights, unbelievable good powerful truck, strong factory turbo, has small programmer (I put on myself) got 20 mpg's durning my journeys. Trans shifts perfect no grids good clutch, tight front end good rubber and brakes. I also installed a near new b and w fold down 5th wheel hitch, air bag and brake. It tows awesome. Very clean non smoker interior, everything working good, body is really nice as well no rust, frame is mint oil pan brake lines all specktaacular. Highest rated batteries on the market.I bought this truck in the spring of 2001 to haul a 5th wheel camper, planning to keep it for years, maintaining it accordingly. The engine has been running on Mobil Delvac 1 fully-synthetic oil since day one and still runs like a top. The coolant has been flushed regularly and has had the anti-cavitation additive the Ford recommends maintained. Mechanically the truck is in excellent condition; the body has some minor issues that you would expect from a 15-year-old truck.Rust spots have begun to develop on the bottom inside of the doors and the tops of the rocker panels. If you plan to keep it these should be repaired.The paint is in good shape but has some small dings and dents. The tailgate was dented by a utility truck that was on my property after the last hurricane (see photo--not a big deal); they were long gone before I realized it. Somebody clipped the rear of the bed of the truck in a parking five or six years ago; that was fully repaired and was entirely cosmetic. The wheels all have some minor corrosion where weights were attached.The automatic door lock is a little sticky on the passenger side; sometimes I have to hit "open" twice. It hasn't been annoying enough to bother fixing yet.The electrical four-wheel drive system that Ford installed on this model sucks. It worked great for a few years but the seals began to go almost a decade ago. The dealer and the mechanic I have used for years both recommended that it wasn't worth the trouble to fix it. What this means is that you have to lock the hubs manually (the old-fashioned way: get out of the truck). Not a big deal for me.I added a passenger airbag on-off switch right after I bought it. The system senses a change in impedance and throws a fault causing the light on the instrument panel to light up. The dealer reprogrammed this for me to go away but it's held in flash memory which erased when I changed the battery. The system works fine according to my dealer and doesn't need to to be dealt with if you don't care; I haven't had it back to the dealer in years and don't care.This has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. The worst mechanical issue I have had was the clutch master cylinder failing at 40,000 miles; Ford replaced it with a beefed-up unit. I've maintained it well and treated it as if I would keep it forever. This engine is a commercial unit which is designed to deliver half a million miles before any heavy maintenance. I'm selling it now because I no longer use it enough to justify keeping it. Fun to drive, great long-range travel/family car, bags of torque. I love this truck and will miss it. I've put off selling it for two years. The truck lists for over $13K on Kelly Blue Book (not counting the hitch, tonneau, side rails and tool box.) Priced to move.
