I went all over it mechanically, several new injectors, also previous owner installed new reman tranny at 200K recipt in glove box. Body is 100% rustfree with most of the orig paint in good shape too, frame is flawless, nice leather interior, good rubber, tight front end with new wheel berrings and alignment, good brakes and exhaust, very sharp truck in need of nothing, you can spend more if you want to elsewhere but wont find a nicer 7.3 for the money!!! Yes normal wear and tear to be expected like rock chips small dings and scratches and minor interior flaws, but she runs out 100% good power, shifting good, tight front end, no blow by or oil burn, super sweet truck!! She fires right up cold no smoke blow by or leaking, super power, tight front end, everything working good heater and ac, body is excellant and origional nice glossey paint with zero rust, frame and oil pan mint condition, interior non smoker owners and in excellant shape with no stains or smells, its loaded up inside including dual front heated power seats and more. This 1 owner truck I bough from a new car dealer in Denver Colorado a few month ago it was a trade in on a newer one. Body and cosmetically truck is average but no rust, frame is clean and real nice, oil pan and brake lines are excellent, see Denver get snow but does not use salt so no salt damage on the trucks out there, and why I spend 1000 to drive or ship them in. Glossey paint, straight body, interior is nice all power toys working no rips or tears non smoker owner. Mechaniclly absautly the best. Rotella oil every 5K, engine fires right up smoothe no blow by smoke or leaks. Had a brand new reamn Ford tranny at 200K, I installed 8 new glow plugs, new Interstate batteries, new reman alt, new reman air conditioning compressor, fresh filters and fluids, new cerp belt. Front end is tight with good ball joints and ty rods. Brakes and exhaust all good to go. Runs and drives 100% guys only thing I can pick on is the rubber is to the PA state minimum but still safe to get her home. Fly in drive home no problem!! Also keep in mind she is 14 years old so it does have 14 year old picup truck wear and tear like stone nicks, paint chips and blemishes small parking lot dinggers but nothing needed truck presents itself excellent, and again mechanically new!! Miles are 174K certified, wonderfully dealer serviced its entire life, garaged kept too. The 7.3 fires right up, no smoke or leaks. Good hot batteries, injectors and new glow plugs. Good rubber, tranny just serviced, fresh filters and fluids, good belts and hoses, real tight front end, an yes she is ready to drive to California or where ever you need to go. Interior is in excellent shape, all toys working and gauges, frame, oil pan and brake lines are mint too!! This truck is good for another 200K both of my personal 7.3's have over 400K and still plugging away, its about the body frame and service history and this gal has that plus low miles(170K), color and more. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened a small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. Truck is very near mint, body is nice all original looking paint no rust real straight no accidents, mint frame, oil pan and ect, and very glossey sharp paint. Inside she is clean as well with all the options and all working good too. Mechanically you just will not find a better cared for 7.3 anywhere. Truck is mint, no rust no paintwork ever all original no mods no chips, military owner with complete service record, oil every 5K she fires right up no leaking or blow by, tranny shifts like butter smoothe, no grinds recent clutch as well. Tires good front end tight, interior non smoker and everything working, Exterior body very clean no rust all original paint, frame is like new, oil pan ect all mint, I drove this truck for a month its perfect and hard to believe its a 17 year old pickup truck in original condition. Rubber shot, truck will start and run but I strongly suggest shipping or trailering her home. Pappa took divine care of his baby, fresh rotella oil every 5000 mi, good strong injectors, battries and glow plugs she fires right up no smoke blow by or leaks. Tons of power, tight front end, good rubber, has flowmaster 4 inch exhaust she sounds as good as she runs and looks. Exterior paint is very clean and gossey original looking for sure, no rust or dents, good clean frame, real straight truck all around.
