If final payment is not made within three calendar days, then the deposit becomes my property and I retain the rights to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle at will. I do not accept Paypal, credit cards, credit terms, or IOU's for full payment. Final payment must be cash, Certified bank check, or bank wire ACH. If you're going to pay with a Certified bank check I need the bank information prior to pick-up so I can call and verify authenticity. This is a private party sale which means if you buy it, you own it - there are no refunds, partial refunds, reimbursements or whatever else a scammer can think of.
