" The GOLD CHARIOT "Extreme Kustoms World Famous 1953 F100" The Gold Chariot " was built by the Erickson Family about 2 decades ago. We did not only show the truck, we use it as "Extreme Kustoms" shop truck, so it has been driven almost everyday. Now that many years have gone by it has some road scars and wear %26 tear, but it still gets major thumbs up and pics taken every where it goes. It has been featured and on the cover of more than a few magazines over the years like Car Kulture Deluxe, Kustom Illustrate, Gasoline, Old School Rodz and a few others. It is a good driver and proven to go anywhere anytime. It is powered by an old school looking small block chevy with nos cal custom finned vale covers and a vintage alum intake with a Holley double pumper 4bbr coupled to and turbo 350 trans with a stick style floor shifter, Ford 8\" rear end with drum brakes, Modern IFS with disk brakes and power steering, Air ride suspension plus bed lift, Tilt steering column with Impala steering wheel, Bed tunnel cover hings open to an fairly deep %26 flat bed floor so it truly haul stuff. The side pipes are live but to tone them down we split the exhaust 50/50 with muffled pipes over the rear axle.
