The prior owner bought the truck at 90k miles, and so whatever gooseneck use it had was prior to that. You may notice the front bumper trim is black instead of white. When I bought the truck, it had a huge Ranch Hand full bumper that I did not like (see last pics). I traded a guy for the bumper it has now from a black truck. Truck presently has an older black Leer topper w/ clamps (no drill holes anywhere), included or can be easily removed. Keep in mind this truck is 10 years old and has 164k miles; it is not brand new and does show minor wear but better than most. There are a few dings along one side of the bed. Overall I think it is pretty nice for the age and well worth the asking price. Wonderful truck that I hate to let go but I just don't use it enough to keep it around. For sale a 1997 Ford F-350 Dually with a Power Stroke Diesel. It is the 4- door XLT Centurion Package and has lots of the options available at that time to include power windows, power door locks, power seats, cruise control, and A/C. It also has dual fuel tanks, a reese hitch and a goose neck hitch. We have never used the goose neck hitch as we have never pulled any heavy loads with it. It has a four door cab and a sliding back window. It is a step side Truck Dressed out with a full set of aluminum running boards and wheels. The Truck has been well kept and the cab has never been smoked in. Under the hood is very clean and the tires are in fair shape. The front end has recently been rebuilt - king pins - etc. and it has new brakes too. It has been sitting in the Barn and We haven't driven it much in the last year due to the fact that we purchased a new Truck. It is a smooth riding Truck and it is ready to go. For sale is this one of a kind,( not another truck like this one), F350 Superduty.. It was a custom built truck that was in shows during 2011 and 2012 in Nevada. I bought it in 2014 from a dealer in texas. It is a real show stopper. There is to much done to the truck to list everything. You can tell from the pictures that the truck has gone thru an amazing overhaul. There are no issues at all with the truck . I bought it as a show piece, and it is time to let someone else have thier show piece. Anytime that we take it to shows, truck events, paraids, or just leave it outside for a day, there are people taking pictures and asking all kinds of questions. The truck is truly a "one of a kind" truck. If the buy-it-now is used it will come with a trailor to take it home. Due to the bumbers being as high as they are, it is not suppose to be driven on the public highways without an escort. It has an air ride system on it also. The paint job is flawless. If you are reading this then you probably already know about the legendary 7.3L Powerstroke turbo diesel. This is considered by almost everybody to be the best diesel engine ever put in a Ford truck. The last Ford truck to have this motor was the 2001 model year and there has not been a diesel engine in a Ford anywhere near as good since then. Stories of these engines running well over 500K miles are fairly common. I have owned this truck for about 8 years, when I bought it it had 99K miles and now has 159K it had been pampered by the previous owner and by me. I have serviced it regularly since then and taken good care of it. I swore I would never sell it but I just don't need it or use it much anymore and I don't want to let it set unused. This is the first really nice truck I have ever owned and I have treated it like my baby. I had a NEW unused take off bed put on it about 3 years ago because the old one was damaged when a car on a trailer shifted forward on the trailer into the bed. The frame was NOT damaged and it never even put a scratch on the bumper. At that time I had the hood painted because some clearcoat was peeling off it. Since then a little clearcoat has flaked off the top of the fenders and the roof. It is minor and would be cheap to fix and is not very noticeable as it is. A few years ago I had locking hubs installed and got rid of the problematic vacuum actuated hubs. The front end was rebuilt about 5 years ago with all new parts. The AT tires were new last summer and probably only have about 3K miles on them and are almost like new. I had the frame undercoated under the bed when they replaced the bed but I can't say I am very happy about the way it has held up. The frame is very solid and has some light SURFACE rust on it. The interior is nearly perfect and all the options work as they should. There is a 4 stage "Bully Dog" chip and gauges for exhaust temp and turbo boost. This truck tows like there is nothing behind you. There is a trailer brake controller and trailer electrical hookup. This truck is equipped with a heavy duty tag along trailer hitch and also has e very expensive aftermarket gooseneck hitch in the bed that can be turned around to leave a flat bed floor for hauling. There is a "Bully Dog" 4 stage chip and exhaust temperature and turbo boost gauge. This F350 has never been raced or abused to my knowledge, definatly not by me. There are only a few MINOR issues, the overdrive off switch on the end of the column shifter is not working right now. I had a new one put on it a few years ago and recently it stopped working, this is a very cheap fix, I think it was les than $50 when I replaced it before. The cover for the drivers mirror is missing, the power mirror functions fine and it is only cosmetic and not expensive to fix. There is a burn hole in the back seat that is in the pics. it was there when I bought the truck. The fuel gauge is not totally accurate, it works but not very trustworthy, I just fill it up and reset the trip odometer then fill it up when it hits about 400 miles. This truck has NEVER let me down and is very mechanicly sound. I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. A few weeks ago I drove it about 6 hours to pick up a van with my trailer and it performed flawlessly. The mileage may change very little by the end of this auction but not by much. This truck is offered for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. I have set the reserve at a very fair price and I know the market value of these 7.3 trucks. The truck you are viewing is a one owner vehicle that has been very well maintained and has very low miles. It was purchased in Texas and relocated to Tennessee. It has not been worked, but was purchased for camping trips and towed small camping trailer on occasions. I have original window sticker and all manuals, including conversion information. We purchased a motor home some time ago and the truck has just not been used. Buyer will get a great truck that has many years and miles of enjoyment, work or both. I have a friend with the same truck that has 364,xxx miles and he plans to get 1,000,000,000 if possible. If you know this truck and the 7.3 motor than I don't need to explain.
