Hello, I am selling my used 1997 F-250 crew cab short bed Powerstroke Diesel. I purchased this truck last November and did not drive it at all during winter months. I purchased this truck used from Arizona and had it shipped to me via carrier. When it arrived, I washed the exterior and rinsed off the underside. Since owning this truck, I have driven it approx. 1000 miles, mostly highway. This truck has dual fuel tanks and the transfer switch works as it should. There are normal signs of wear and tear on the truck , however, for a truck this age, it is in excellent condition. I am only selling this truck because I want to buy a newer one. While driving this truck, I did not experience any issues. The steering was tight and brakes and transmission worked as they should. The underside of this truck is extremely clean, although, there are spots of surface rust on the frame. There is no rust to my knowledge, on the body or cab. There is no frame rot. 2002 F250 4WD CREW CAB V-10 Fisher 8ft MM2 plow. Truck has 64700 original miles. XLT with about every option but leather. Fisher minute mount 2 plow in excellent shape. Work done in the last five months. New front fenders hood and front bumper. OEM Ford Total cab repaint. In the last 2 months new Cooper load range E tires. 0 miles. Replaced exhaust manifolds with OEM Ford and stainless studs. New muffler And last week, fresh oil change and filter, air and fuel filters. A very very nice truck. Other than the bed. Its pretty banged up. Could be repaired but i was going to put a nice aluminum flat bed on it. Not going to get to that and am going to let the truck go. Due to eyesight problem. You could have that done for about 3500 installed. And would have a truck I would be asking more like 20k plus for. New are closer to 50k. And this one has a full cab repaint and only 64700 miles.
