In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of this transaction, the parties agree and consent that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of such dispute shall be Pennsylvanias Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 8. Notices - No notice or other communication is sufficient to affect any rights, remedies or obligations of either party unless the notice or communication is in writing and (as elected by the party giving the notice or communication) is (i) personally delivered, (ii) transmitted by facsimile (with a receipt acknowledgment), (iii) transmitted by electronic computer mail, (iv) transmitted by a recognized courier service or (v) mailed in registered or certified form, to the party to which notice or communication is being given. Such titles include Reconstructed, Flood, Recovered Theft, and Salvage Titles. Our inventory features both damaged vehicles with salvage titles that need to be repaired and vehicles that we have already repaired at our facility which now come with Reconstructed, Flood, or Recovered Theft branded titles. All vehicles that we repair pass through a reconstruction inspection by a state certified enhanced inspection mechanic and are ready to be driven and enjoyed with no further repairs or servicing needed. From time to time our inventory will also contain damaged or previously damaged vehicles which still retain their clean titles. We always disclose if a vehicle has had prior accident damage even if it has been repaired and still has a clean title. That is the major difference between Feretti Motors and many of our competitors. If a vehicle's price seems to good to be true, then there is most likely a reason for it. Terms of Sale & Condition The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales. Payment Methods Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
