This vehicle had been in one family it's entire life. It started out as a work vehicle and is now a personal daily driver. For 225k miles it is very clean. The rear fenders are starting to get typical escape rust all other rust was removed and patched. The engine was replaced at 210k for a knock. The replacement engine had 135k on it when installed. I have for sale my wife's gently used Ford Escape. We bought it in 2011 as a lease trade in. It had 34k miles on it. We've outgrown it with our kids getting older and my wife would like to upgrade to an Explorer. It has all the usual options and includes leather, sunroof, ice cold A/C, and 2 sets of tires and wheels. The summer tires will probably need replacing next season but the factory wheels and tires have plenty of meat left for winter driving. It has about 70,450 miles on it now and goes up about 10-20 miles a day. The CD player display is finicky but works, and it has a slight oil leak. About a quart every 3k miles. Typical for a V6 escape. I've serviced this vehicle myself and keep up with it. My family rides in it. I don't trust anyone else. With that said, front brakes were done and front brake hoses(common on escapes) as well as a tune up at 65k miles that replaced all filters and spark plugs. Keep in mind We have the last few months of a Lien on the car so we would have to pay it off to get the title which should be pretty quick.

Completely solid vehicle. With a little TLC this Escape will run for a long time. It's been very well maintained and garaged for most of its life. Looks brand new on the outside and is in good shape inside and under the hood. Minimal rust and scratches. This would be a great car for some one who is interested in working on a car or drives enough to make the small repair to the engine coils. The one that is currently showing as "bad" is in the back of the engine, so I would recommend replacing all the coils (there are 3) in the back of the engine at the same time to save yourself the trouble of doing the others at a later date. I just replace the front ones about two years ago and the car has been just like new. I have not made any changes to the vehicle, everything is stock. Vehicle history: It was leased for a few years before I bought it. I was young when I bought the car so my mom helped me out and we put it in her name, she is the technical second owner, however, I was the primary driver of the car. Last December we transferred the title into my name and switched the registration over to MA where I live now. I drove it a few times to go hiking and skiing and realized I just wasn't diving enough to keep it. I'm requesting a $500 downpayment through Paypal and then rest shall be paid upon pick up.
