Floor is solid with interior plywood sidewalls with latch bars. Roof is good made with Aluminum with no leaks noted. Rear Cargo Area Dome Lights functional with Driver Dash Switch. Sliding interior door for access to/from cab to storage. Rear Roll Up and Curbside doors work well with ease and seal good, locking mechanisms work as should to secure your valuables. Rear entry has side grab handles and nice large Step Bumper for safer entry access. Curbside doorway has large strong metal non-slip step on frame. The Truck is in great condition especially for a 2009. The underneath of Truck Chassis is very Clean, and no leaks, damages or issues apparent see pics. Drive train is 5.4 Triton V8 Gas engine, Starts easy, Runs Smooth with No Noise or Smoke, Engine Pulls Good With Nice Power. Good Oil Pressure, Runs Cool and Exhaust is quiet. Charging, Temperature, Oil Pressure all operate in good range. There are No Dash Instrument Warning Lights Present. Automatic Transmission shifts strong and smooth with no slipping, hesitation, noise, or vibration, and the Overdrive Button on the end of the Gearshift works as should. This Truck runs and drives and operates as should in city conditions and on highways. Front and Rear Tires are all at least 85-90% good tread. The Exterior is clean with no major problems. Very Few Small Chips, Scratches, Blisters and Dings of Normal Use see pics. Hood Bug Guard has Small Cracks. Interior Like New, Non-Smoking, No odors. Seats are comfortable and not worn, Rubber Floor Covering, Trim and Ceiling all in very good shape with no rips or tears. Overall paint looks good with pretty good shine except for few small areas on box. Cold A/C, Warm Heat, Good Radio, Tilt, Horn, Gauges, Speedometer, Blower Fan all operated as expected. I have tried to cover everything to eliminate as many questions as possible and not waste your time wondering. This is a 2009 Truck; it is not new or perfect, but it is a super clean, very solid, low mileage and well cared for work truck with a lot of life left and as presentable as near a new one to be an asset to most businesses. I have tried to describe this truck the best I can, and I'm sure I have probably missed something minor, but if I have grossly misrepresented this in anyway I will make it right when you pick it up. 2005 Ford E-350 XLT ClubWagon Super Duty Passenger / Cargo Van 2-Door 5.4L This ford van has been used to transport cargo. Originally was a passenger van and seats were removed. 5% tint added on rear windows over top of original tint to deter cargo theft. No warning lights or problems. Currently used in an active fleet, so mileage may vary. Currently has around 101,000 miles. Jasper transmission was installed in October 2012. Some warranty still remains on that transmission. This is a 12 passenger van if seats are installed. I do not have the seats to include with this sale or I would. It does have some scuffs and scrapes on the right side, rear passenger doors. This van is being sold due to the need for a larger van being purchased to replace it. Questions? Please feel free to ask.
