This 2000 Ford Contour is probably the best condition of any other 15 year old car here. I am the second owner and just replaced timing belt, water pump, tensioner and idler bearings with front cam seals including a new thermostat and two new front tires, fuel filter and battery. The other two tires have better than 50% life, as well as brakes, remaining. Just had fresh oil change and all of the fluids are in great condition, runs great, drives beautifully, passes smog and has clean CarFax and title. Work performed by Ford dealer here in town and has a parts warranty of two years, unlimited mileage for the parts mentioned above (excluding the tires). Car is complete, has a few minor dings/scratches but the paint was just polished and shines like new. No leaks, has great acceleration. She has an aftermarket alarm that works, has two remote fobs and three keys. Interior is in great shape, no tears, etc. just freshly detailed. Has AM/FM Tape deck, works great. The only two known issues are 1. Driver door courtesy switch sticks sometimes. Also the 3rd brake light housing was damaged beyond repair while removing to replace bulbs. I bought the car to use as a secondary driver but due to finances must sell this beauty. Will make a great first car, graduation present or daily driver.
