This full size 1996 Bronco XLT Sport 4x4 was built during the last year of production for the Bronco. This vehicle is RARE in that it has the 5.8 liter engine, and the heavy duty ZF manual transmission! The rest of the upgrades / modifications completed in the past couple years are listed below: Transmission / Unique Automotive: For those that still love a manual transmission.Replaced the stock transmission from the Automatic E40D to a Manual ZF-5 /42. Both mate up exactly to the 5.8 L Windsor Engine. Tires: New BFG BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO – LT275/70 R17 121R E / RWL (Less than 1,500 miles). I wanted a vehicle that was reliable, whether I was on the highway, getting around in the winter weather, or doing some trail riding. This Bronco is very dependable and in fantastic shape. That being said, it is 20 years old, and I have done little besides touch-up paint to correct minor cosmetic or natural wear issues on the vehicle. Residuals from the switch to the manual tranny include a cruise control that does not work, and the oil pressure gauge flutters a little at idle. The ash tray sliding mechanism does not work; I leave it in the closed position (this would be a good location for a C.B. Radio). Everything else in the vehicle is in excellent working order. Please feel free to contact me anytime at cell: (615) 533-8689, or work: (615) 367-1333, to ask me questions about this Bronco. Ask for David B.

Please review the Photos, I bought this about 3 or 4 months ago with the intentions of restoring and keeping. I have done everything on the Bronco like I was going to keep it. I have a new wiring harness and all the body parts to complete the rear tub. I have all the original parts , I have 2 more doors the original top in good condition. all the interior is in good condition for its age . Its not tore up but its stiff. I have bought a lot of new parts and I have another complete 74 frame and drive train complete for parts. I have invested about 16k the motor has been completely redone new clutch bushing bearings etc, I have all receipts new carb everything has been done right. I bought some land and need a track hoe so hoping to transfer these funds into one, I would consider a trade on a PC 200. For more pictures or questions or to set up a time to view it. I'm posting this Bronco for a friend. It is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37130. It's a beautiful 1977 4 wheel drive. Of course this is the last year they made this body style and they only made 14,600 of these in 1977. Who knows how many are actually left out there. If you've been looking at these long you know you see many of them in really rough condition. This one is really nice. My friend was in the process of restoring it and doing things to it that he wanted to do but he simply decided to devote his time to other things and is going to let someone else have this beauty. If you've been looking for a nice one then here it is. He does have a clear title to it in hand. We are willing to help make arrangements with you for a car hauler to pick it up and deliver it to you. I have done this for others before when I sold cars on eBay so I have a bit of experience with this. But obviously the best solution would be for you to come and pick it up. We are going to require a $500 deposit via paypal if you buy the vehicle. Payment method preferred is cash but we will also accept a certified cashiers check that we will have to get verified by your bank before the vehicle can be taken away. If you want to call me to discuss the payment I'm willing to work with you on this to the satisfaction of both parties. My number is 615-427-9673. Feel free to call me any time. The gentleman I'm listing the vehicle for is extremely honest or else I would not be listing it for him. So you can trust the description I'm giving you. I'm going to share with you what he told me he has done to it so far. These are his exact words in an email to me: It's in pretty good shape all around. It's an automatic with power steering and power brakes. Has a handful of minor things that could use some attention: New weatherstripping, glove box and steering column cover needs to be re-installed from the dash replacement. The firewall has some old cut outs that need to be filled or covered, Side mirrors are a little loose, Hood has some cracking in the paint along the front edge, Hard top has a few rust spots along the rim but nothing that has compromised the metal nor eaten through.Doors and strike plates could use some adjusting so they close a little easier, Needs windshield wipers. It has some minor leaks (never pools or drips, just seeps) from transfer case, oil panI think the rear brakes (might be axle seals but I'm still looking into it). I have an extra steel hood and some other misc. parts that will go with it. I've done the following work on it:full EFI conversion to a 5.0 mustang engine (no having to worry about any temperamental carburetors). It is a used engine that had less than 100K miles on it and was installed by a certified auto mechanic.Custom dash with all new gauges.Speakers, and a stereo (stereo not installed yet but wired and ready to be installed). All new dual exhaust, tail pipes, and catalytic converter (should be good to go for emissions testing).New drag link for steering. He told me he no longer has any of the original parts that were replaced nor does he have the original engine. When I first saw this vehicle in his garage it really jumped out at me. It has a really beautiful look to it. This is not an ugly Bronco. It's in really nice condition and I think you would be glad to own it. Being the last year this model was made - it's really a gem. We are entertaining all offers on it. Email me with any specific questions and I'm glad to get the answers for you promptly. Again, feel free to call or text any time as well at 615-427-9673. My name is Ken.
