Give us a Call: 973-610-7111 or 862-200-0066 yellowcompassgroup.com 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider Update – We have just had the F1 transmission updated with a new clutch and flywheel as well as new fabspeed headers spending over $20k. Car needs nothing and is ready for years of low cost ownership. We are selling a 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider with some beautiful options. This two-owner car has a beautiful color combo. Most spiders out there will be priced higher than this one. So this could be a great find for you. Let’s talk more about this car. Ordered in Tour de France Blue with Beige interior, this color combination is very elegant. Most enthusiasts will tell you that a blue / tan Ferrari is a great combo. With less than 3% of the F430’s made in Blue, you will not see these very often. Adding great options (shown in alphabetical order), the original buyer included: CALY – Brake Calipers painted in Yellow CEL0 – Carbon Fiber for Engine Compartment CHUS – Battery Charger USA + Pre-wiring ELEC – Electrically Operated Seats GRDC – Challenge Style Rear Segment in Carbon Fiber INST – Instrument Panel with Yellow Center Tachometer LOGO – ‘Scuderia Ferrari’ Shields PIP1 – Seat Piping in Requested Color – Blue RIMX – Ball polished wheel rims (Standard style) STC1 – Stitching in Contrasting Blue TPM0 – Tire Pressure Monitoring System The car was delivered October 24, 2006 to the original owner in Massachusetts a couple of hours outside of Boston. The F430’s are low-maintenance cars, and this one is no exception. The car has only needed annual services for fluids, brakes and inspections along with recall campaigns. The car was serviced at authorized factory dealers in MA, PA, and AZ. The car spent its time in MA, and NH with the first owner. The second owner kept the car in NH and eventually moved the car to their winter home in AZ. The F430 had only 21,430 miles at time of the photo shoot last week. It will likely have a few more miles added because of service updates at the dealer prior to sale. As you can see from the photos, the F430 is in wonderful condition. We have made sure it was well taken care of. The original paint is in great shape. There are two to three rock chips on the rear spider hood and some paint scraping behind the driver’s seat from the coat hook. This area is not visible when the seat is in a normal driving position. The Beige leather interior is very soft and the seat bolsters are in excellent condition, with nothing more than very light signs of use on the driver’s side. The standard seats have contrast stitching in blue and also has piping in blue. You can tell that a few of the interior plastics are starting to get faintly sticky as these parts tend to do. We can have those taken care of The radio works fine although we doubt you will need it. The windows are tint free and all doors and lids open and align properly. Basically, the car is just what you would expect with low-miles and caring owners. The car was just serviced at Ferrari of Scottsdale and has new tires. They did work with the top so that it operates very smoothly and is trouble free. The clutch is at 100% and was just replaced as brand new with a new flywheel. The F1 gearbox is smooth and operating properly. Brakes, as you would expect are great. The car revs and accelerates very, very quickly. You will be having fun with this car. Just remember to pay attention to the smaller gauge next to the yellow tach – the speedometer. It is a little too easy to approach high speeds so quickly and smoothly. The steering wheel is also a very nice touch on this car. It has a very nice feel and diameter. The Ball polished front wheels have both been checked and made perfect over the life of the car. I’m sure you know that the F430 front rims have a reputation for pot-hole softness. They are both good to go. No mechanical issues are present with the car. The car also has the factory OEM exhaust. The car comes with the books battery charger and tool case. The car has one original key included. A second key can be obtained by the buyer at an authorized dealer. It is missing the original red car covers. The car had one incident in Massachusetts that required a trip to the authorized dealer to repair a rear bumper. There are no issues with the car. It is gorgeous and has enough detail and carbon fiber to excite you as a very special and well cared for example. We are happy to email copies of the current CARFAX report along with history to buyers. We welcome PPI’s at buyer’s expense at the experts at Ferrari of Scottsdale. You will find the car just as described. We are happy to assist with shipping the car or pickup if a buyer would like to drive it home. Hopefully this description has answered most questions about the car and excites you as to the ownership opportunities. This is a beautiful car without any worries.  Call me with any questions - Mike 973-610-7111

Car needs nothing and is ready for years of low cost ownership. We are selling a 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider that was a (CPO) Certified Pre-Owned car from Ferrari NA. The CPO status expired in June of 2016 but you may be able to extend the coverage through an authorized dealer. This car is stunning and you would be hard-pressed to find a more striking car with these options at a better price. Let’s talk more about this car. Ordered in Argento Nurburgring (Ferrari Silver) with Burgundy interior (Dark wine red), this color combination is very sporty and elegant at the same time. The silver shows off the lines of the F430 spider very well and contrasts very cleanly with the red tail lights and rubber matching the 5 spoke rims perfectly. Adding great options (shown in alphabetical order), the original buyer included: BLUE – Bluetooth Device for Mobilephone CALR – Brake Calipers painted in Rosso Corsa CHUS – Battery Charger USA + Pre-wiring DAY1 – Daytona Style Seats DSH1 – Upper Leather Dash in matching Burgundy INST – Instrument Panel with Yellow Center Tachometer LOGO – ‘Scuderia Ferrari’ Shields STC1 – Stitching in Contrasting white/silver STW1 – Coloured Steering Wheel in matching Burgundy TYPP – Pirelli Tyres The car was delivered October 19, 2005 to the original owner in New York at Wide World of Cars. The F430’s are low-maintenance cars, and this one is no exception. The car has only needed annual services for fluids, brakes and inspections along with recall campaigns. The car was serviced at authorized factory dealers in the NY, VA, and NC. The F430 had only 16,000 miles at time of the photo shoot. It will likely have a few more miles added because of service updates at the dealer prior to sale. As you can see from the photos, the F430 is in wonderful condition. We have made sure it was well taken care of. The original paint is in great shape with no real noticeable marks or issues. The leather interior is very soft and the seat bolsters are in excellent condition, with nothing more than very light signs of use on the driver’s side. Most of the interior plastics have been taken care of with refinishing so they are not sticky as some of the cars can get. The radio works fine although we doubt you will need it. You can also use the bluetooth to link your phone or tablet. The windows are tint free and all doors and lids open and align properly. Basically, the car is just what you would expect with low-miles and caring owners. The F1 gearbox is smooth and operating properly. Brakes, as you would expect are great. I’m sure you know that the F430 front rims have a reputation for pot-hole softness. They are both good to go. No mechanical issues are present with the car. The car also has the factory OEM exhaust. The car comes with the books and service records. The car has one original key included. A second key can be obtained by the buyer at an authorized dealer. It is missing the original red car covers. This car was a Certified Pre-Owned Car covered by Ferrari NA though June of 2016. Ferrari only issues this status for cars with this warranty after verifying all parts of the car have passed their rigorous inspections. The car was involved with a rear bumper incident with another car back in 2005 with only 1,000 miles. The car had the bumper replaced at Wide World of Cars – an authorized Ferrari repair facility. The owner extended the warranty at that time. The second owner purchased the car in Virginia and had the car serviced at Ferrari of Washington (DC). The third owner purchased the car and moved it to Southern Virginia outside of Charlottesville. That owner traded the car at nearby Foreign Cars Italia for a 458. Foreign Cars Italia issued the CPO warranty and sold the car to the fourth and final owner who kept it in North Carolina. We are happy to email copies of the current CARFAX report along with maintenance records to buyers. We welcome PPI’s at buyer’s expense at the experts at Ferrari of Central New Jersey. You will find the car just as described. We are happy to assist with shipping the car or pickup if a buyer would like to drive it home. Give us a Call: 973-610-7111 or 862-200-0066 yellowcompassgroup.com 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS The last of the cars overseen by Enzo Ferrari – the 1989 Ferrari 328’s are regarded as the last of an era of handmade cars at the factory in Maranello, Italy. Only 6,068 GTS cars were produced with 1989 being the most sought after because of refinements with engine, suspension, braking, and interior changes for the series. The values of these cars have been going up and show no sign of wavering. Obviously many enthusiasts are hoping to find a great one before the ship sails and they become similar to the 246 Dino in desirability for an era of boomers and gen-x’ers and pricing goes out of reach. With that out of the way, let’s talk about this car. The car is really immaculate and ready for your collection and being entered in concours events across the US. You would be hard-pressed to find a nicer car at this price level in this condition. Ordered in Rosso Corsa with Beige leather interior and Beige carpets, this classic color combination is undeniably gorgeous and what most people first think of when someone mentions a Ferrari. It takes the fan favorite Magnum PI 308 and brings it to that next, more modern level with many, many upgrades and refinements mechanically and aesthetically. The car was delivered brand new, April 7, 1989 at Steve Kessler Motorcars in New York. The 328 is considered a very reliable car and one of the lowest cost Ferrari’s to maintain and this one is no exception. The car has only needed annual services for fluids, brakes, battery, hoses, and inspections along with recall campaigns the last 26 years. The car has been serviced several times for major services in its life – most recently at Ferrari of Central New Jersey and a sought after old-school independent trained at the factory. Last week, we had new belts and bearings installed and another major service performed. We added brand new tires, shiny new lug bolts, and had a new battery put in. We had the mechanic go over the car piece by piece to make sure it is just as good mechanically as the car looks aesthetically. We’ve never had any trouble with it and it’s been bulletproof. The 328 had only 19,520 miles at time of the photo shoot last week. It will likely have a few more miles added because of service updates at the dealer prior to sale. As you can see from the photos, the 328 is in wonderful condition. We have made sure it was well taken care of. The original paint is in great shape with no real noticeable marks or issues. The leather interior is unmarred and the seat bolsters are in excellent condition, with nothing more than very light signs of use on the driver’s side. The dash has no leather pulling. The spare wheel and tire up front have never been used. The vinyl trunk cover zips correctly without any gaps. A second Alpine radio replaced the original Sony the dealer installed and it works fine. The windows are clear and they go up and down normally so for those that crave an all-OEM car, this one is ready for Classiche certification, concours, car shows, etc. All doors and lids open and align properly. Basically, the car is just what you would expect with low-miles and one caring owner. The manual steering is fantastic and provides the full, small, go-cart type feel that has been lost with newer models. The gated, 5-speed manual gearbox is smooth after a warm up as all the older cars take a little heat in the oil to get into 2nd gear smoothly. The clutch is easy to use and solidly biting. The brakes with the ABS work as intended with good pedal feel. The car revs and accelerates very smoothly and strongly. The car has the OEM stock exhaust. The tubi doesn’t really improve much on the 328 sound – just saving some weight. You will be having fun with both hands and feet with this car. The car comes with original owners manual, stamped maintenance book, and leather pouch as well as the emergency service light. The car comes with two original ignition keys and two door keys included. It also has the original window sticker and bill of sale. There are only a few, real detractions for the the near-perfect car. It does not have any covers for the car, seats, or wheel. They were misplaced after moving to a new house in the past. The targa top mounting pin is a little worn from use. And the rear bumper was repainted after a bump in a grocery store parking lot while the car was parked. You won’t notice or be disappointed with the work done to fix it, but we want to disclose everything to the new buyer. No other issues. We’d find a set of the covers on ebay and a set of matching Schedoni luggage to make the car fully as complete as possible. We have the clear New Jersey title from 1989 in hand. We are happy to email copies of the current CARFAX report along with VIN / chassis numbers to serious buyers. We welcome PPI’s at buyer’s expense. You will find the car just as described. Hopefully this description has answered most questions about the car and excites you as to the ownership opportunities. This 328 is in immaculate condition. You can contact us with any questions. We’ll answer them quickly. Mike 973-610-7111

With that out of the way, let’s talk about this car. The car is really immaculate and ready for your collection and being entered in concours events across the US. There are fewer and fewer low mileage time capsules out there. Ordered in Nero with Beige leather interior and Beige carpets, this combination is very, very sharp. It takes the fan favorite Magnum PI 308 and brings it to that next, more modern level with many, many upgrades and refinements mechanically and aesthetically. Most enthusiasts prefer the concave wheels of the earlier 328’s giving the cars more of an edge with less “padding.” The car was delivered brand new in fall of 1987 at Gaston Andrey Ferrari outside of Boston, Massachusetts. The 328 is considered a very reliable car and one of the lowest cost Ferrari’s to maintain and this one is no exception. The car has only needed annual services for fluids, brakes, battery, hoses, and inspections along with recall campaigns the last 26 years. The car has been serviced several times for major services in its life – most recently at Ferrari of Atlanta in July of 2014. The car has had plenty of tender loving care with service. It has had new fuel lines and coolant lines, and been gone over from head to toe. We can give you a thorough run-down of all that has been done to the car to bring it to the highest levels. It is a true time capsule, driven enough to keep it in good shape at 450 miles per year, but not enough to lose it’s value as a cream puff. The 328 had only 13,000 miles at time of the photo shoot. It will likely have a few more miles added because of service updates at Ferrari of Central New Jersey prior to sale. As you can see from the photos, the 328 is in wonderful condition. All three owners have made sure it was well taken care of. The Blaupunkt ‘Berlin’ radio with control wand is original installed with the car when new and it works fine. I feel that even the authorized dealer’s mechanics may no longer be the best source for servicing as some weren’t even born when my car was made. Last week, I had new belts and bearings installed and another major service performed. I added brand new tires, shiny new lug bolts, and had a new battery put in. I had the mechanic go over the car piece by piece to make sure it is just as good mechanically as the car looks aesthetically. I’ve never had any trouble with it and it’s been bulletproof. The 328 had only 19,520 miles at time of the photo shoot last week. It will likely have a few more miles added because of service updates at the dealer prior to sale. As you can see from the photos, the 328 is in wonderful condition. I have made sure it was well taken care of. A second Alpine radio replaced the original Sony the dealer installed and it works fine (but I don’t really use it). The windows are clear. I never had them further tinted and they go up and down normally so for those that crave an all-OEM car, this one is ready for Classiche certification, concours, car shows, etc. All doors and lids open and align properly. Basically, the car is just what you would expect with low-miles and one caring owner. The manual steering is fantastic and provides the full, small, go-cart type feel that has been lost with newer models. The gated, 6-speed manual gearbox is smooth after a warm up as all the older cars take a little heat in the oil to get into 2nd gear smoothly. The clutch is easy to use and solidly biting. The brakes with the ABS work as intended with good pedal feel. The car revs and accelerates very smoothly and strongly. The car has the OEM stock exhaust. The tubi doesn’t really improve much on the 328 sound – just saving some weight, so I never added one. I misplaced them after moving to a new house in the past. The targa top mounting pin is a little worn from use. And the rear bumper was repainted after a bump in a grocery store parking lot while the car was parked. I filed a claim to cover the work. You won’t notice or be disappointed with the work done to fix it, but I want to disclose everything to the new buyer. No other issues. I’d find a set of the covers on ebay and a set of matching Schedoni luggage to make the car fully as complete as possible. I have the clear New Jersey title from 1989 in hand. I am happy to email copies of the current CARFAX report along with VIN / chassis numbers to serious buyers. I welcome PPI’s at buyer’s expense. You will find the car just as described. I’m not out to waste your time or mine. I am happy to assist with shipping the car or pickup if a buyer would like to drive it home. Hopefully this description has answered most questions about the car and excites you as to the ownership opportunities. This 328 is in immaculate condition. You can email, or call me with any questions. I’ll answer them quickly. I am guessing this sale will be completed very quickly, so don’t wait if you have been searching for your perfect, 328. I am selling a very rare and sought after, 2005 Ferrari F430 Coupe (Berlinetta) with a gated, manual 6-speed transmission. The car is stunning and you would be hard-pressed to find a nicer car with lower miles combined with these options. With the introduction of the 458 and now 488, Ferrari shows no sign of reviving the manual gated transmission – so this is the last mid-engine model to have this transmission option. If paddles don’t do it for you – don’t let this car pass you by. Production numbers are hard to pin down for the F430, for some reason, but several threads here put the gated transmission coupe in the hundreds (not thousands) in the US. Just look at other Ferrari models produced during the same years. The trend was that buyers and dealers were spec’ing cars primarily with the F1 setup. So the good news with that is that now, (and in the future) we are seeing demand, and values increasing for all gated cars. If you are looking at this ad, you already know this. With that out of the way, let’s talk about this car. Ordered in Rosso Corsa with Cuoio interior, this color combination takes the normal “red and tan” a step further, away from beige in a richer direction. If you are looking for a more unique car, (that you won’t see at every Ferrari gathering), this starts us off on the right foot. Adding great options (shown in alphabetical order), the original buyer included: BLUE - Bluetooth Device for Mobilephone CCMD – Carbon Ceramic Brakes CDCH – 6 CD Changer CHUS – Battery Charger USA + Pre-wiring DAY1 – Daytona Style Seats in matching Cuoio INST – Instrument Panel with Yellow Center Tachometer LOGO – ‘Scuderia Ferrari’ Shields RIM3 – Challenge Type Wheel Rims RUF1 – Leather Headliner in matching Cuoio SHF2 – Leather Rear Shelf / Door Mould in matching Cuoio STC2 – Special Stitching in Contrasting special tan color STW1 – Coloured Steering Wheel in matching Cuoio TRIM – Material for Dashboard iin full carbon fiber TYPP – Pirelli Tyres WHE2 – Space Saver Wheel Kit with Jack The car was delivered June 29, 2005 to the original owner in Hinsdale, Illinois at Continental Autosports. The F430’s are low-maintenance cars, and this one is no exception. The car has only needed annual services for fluids, brakes and inspections along with recall campaigns. The car was serviced at authorized factory dealers in the Chicago, Las Vegas and New York City areas. The F430 had only 6,736 miles at time of the photo shoot last week. It will likely have a few more miles added because of service updates at the dealer prior to sale. As you can see from the photos, the F430 is in wonderful condition. Each owner and I have made sure it was well taken care of. The original paint is in great shape with no real noticeable marks or issues. The leather interior is very soft and the seat bolsters are in excellent condition, with nothing more than very light signs of use on the driver’s side. The original delivery plastic is still on the passenger footwell. Most of the interior plastics were ordered as carbon fiber from the factory, so there are no signs or issues with sticky interior pieces that many F355, 360, and other F430’s have experienced. The radio works fine (I don’t really use it) and couples with the 6-cd changer (that I’m guessing you won’t be using) in the front trunk area. You can also use the bluetooth to link your phone or tablet although I have not done that. The windows have a light tint and all doors and lids open and align properly. Basically, the car is just what you would expect with low-miles and caring owners. The car is properly stiff on the road and the gated, 6-speed manual gearbox is very smooth. The clutch is easy to use and solidly biting. Brakes, as you would expect are amazing. The car revs and accelerates very, very quickly. You will be having fun with both hands and feet with this car. Just remember to pay attention to the smaller gauge next to the yellow tach – the speedometer. It is a little too easy to approach high speeds so quickly and smoothly. The steering wheel is also a very nice touch on this car. It has a very nice feel and diameter. The Cuoio color is well done with the contrasting thread and metal. Here are some recent service items. In December 2012, the Black brake calipers were changed to Red using an Authorized Ferrari Restoration shop. The job was first rate. They also refinished the wheels at that time, completed an alignment, and mounted new tires - 3,000 miles ago. In April 2013, a new, full frontal clear-bra was installed on the full-front bumper, hood, fenders and A-frame up to the top of the windshield. In August of 2013, a factory dealer replaced both solenoids on the driver’s side of the car. In December of 2013, the lower front bumper was re-sprayed and the clear-bra re-applied to eliminate any marks. The front wheels have both been checked and made perfect over the life of the car. I’m sure you know that the F430 front rims have a reputation for pot-hole softness. They are both good to go. The car has the original clutch and original headers / manifolds. No mechanical issues are present with the car. The car also has the factory OEM exhaust. The car comes with the books and service records, with scanned copies and photographs on a USB drive. Also included is a full set of OEM covers - fitted car cover, seat covers, steering wheel cover, and spare tire cover in the red zipped bag. The front compartment has the jack and battery charger in their matching Cuoio cases. The car has one original key included. A second key can be obtained by the buyer at an authorized dealer or I can assist in getting a copy made at time of purchase from Ferrari of Central New Jersey so there is a spare. There are only a few detractions for the near-perfect car. It is missing the window sticker, which I am sure you can have re-created. The optional spare tire in the front trunk is secured with a fragile leather strap. You can imagine the tire and leather straps going through a bit of torque while the car is being pushed through tight curves or under heavy-braking. The current strap in the trunk has torn and needs to be replaced. I would probably recommend you remove and store the tire and supporting gear in your garage full-time as a unique and rare option until you need it for a concours. You simply won’t use it and it just adds weight. I’d find a set of matching Schedoni luggage to fit in its place for a great roadtrip. The clear-bra has one or two small rub marks near application edges. They are hard to see, but noticeable if you get close and are looking for them. The driver’s-side, sill area also has a scuff-mark from a shoe exiting the car. I haven’t really worried about it but am sure it would be an easy fix with the right cleaner or detailer. I have the clear New Jersey title in hand. It has never been involved in any accident or had any damage of any kind. I am happy to email copies of the current and clear CARFAX and Autocheck reports along with VIN / chassis numbers and maintenance records to serious buyers. I welcome PPI’s at buyer’s expense at the experts at Ferrari of Central New Jersey. You will find the car just as described. I’m not out to waste your time or mine. I am happy to assist with shipping the car or pickup if a buyer would like to drive it home. Hopefully this description has answered most questions about the car and excites you as to the ownership opportunities. This is not a typical F430. I’ll answer any questions quickly and privately off-line. Thanks for your interest. $195,000 or Best Offer. You can Email me at [email protected] Or Call me at 973-610-7111
