IT WAS PURCHASED NEW IN 1960 BY IRA A MERRITT IN WEST VIRGINIA......BETWEEN 1960 AND 1977 IT WAS SOLD AND REPURCHASED BY MR MERRIT. IN 1978 MR MERRITT PASSED AWAY.
