The interior is clean and smells nice, the A/C is cold and everything is working as it should. I just had it professionally detailed from top to bottom. The brakes are in very good condition, all of the fluids are clean and the suspension is tight. The paint and body look very nice, it does have the amount of rock chips and flaws you should expect for a 10 year old vehicle with original paint and 192k miles. The CarFax Report shows it was well maintained and estimates the value at $1,340 above retail book value.
