1930 Dodge Brothers Tanker Original 6 Cylinder 78hp Engine Restored in the early 2000s Up for sale is a 1930 Dodge Brothers 1 ton truck. I'm selling the truck for a family to help settle an estate. Photo's where taken on 01-03-2016 and the truck is currently in storage in Voorhees NJ 08009. Truck has a clean Georgia transferable registration and notarized bill of sale that I have possession of and will be released upon full payment. The family informs me that the truck was restored in the early 2000's and was used in local parades and advertising in the town of Nitro WV. They had multiply property's and all there vehicles where registered in Georgia. Upon pickup I installed a new 6 volt battery and with no surprise the truck started and was driven onto the trailer. I have cleaned the truck and I'm sure it would clean up more and would be a great truck to enjoy as-is. I drove the truck once I got home and the brakes got weaker and will need servicing. To my surprise dodge was using hydraulic brakes on there trucks in 1930. Also I cant seem to figure out how to turn the lights on, I believe its one of the dials on the steering wheel but not sure. Runs and sounds really good, I can send a video if you would like to see it running. Nice paint. There's no rust or rust repair to be found on the truck. All tires hold air, front tires look never and rear tires have dry-rot. Drivers door glass is cracked. Please review the photo's and ask questions. 1993 Dodge Viper R/T 10 1st Generation Only 5,270 Original Miles Let's just go ahead and just end the debate: There's still nothing on the road today that can compare to an early Viper in terms of sheer audaciousness. An 8-liter V10, six gears, and no windows or roof? ( Removable side windows, cockpit cover and cloth top included) No other car in recent memory has such a single-minded purpose, and seeing one on the road, even over two decades after their debut, is still a special occasion. That's why we were so happy to offer you this extremely low mileage '93 Viper RT-10. With only 895 produced in '93, this Viper RT-10 truly is a rare modern day classic. However, you would be hard pressed to find another with fewer miles. This Viper has only been enjoyed sparingly and displays only 5,270 miles over 20 years after it left Detroit. What can you say about a car that is virtually new? The paint is as good as factory paint got in 1993, and on the Vipers, it seems Chrysler went the extra mile to make it look spectacular. The paint is deep and glossy, and the Viper's body panels look fantastic.. Glass, emblems, lenses and everything else on the exterior of this car is similarly well preserved. It also includes the soft top, side curtains and cockpit cover which I was told have never been used. Are you getting the picture here? This is a showroom fresh new 1993 Dodge Viper. The engine under this cars massive hood needs no introduction. Displacing a massive 8.0 liters and turning a stout 9.1 to 1 compression ratio into 400 horsepower at 4,600RPMS and 450 lb./ft. of torque, this 488 cubic inch aluminum beast is one of the most outrageous powerplants ever bolted between the fenders of a production car. Dodge designers knew the big mill would be the cars focal point, so they went out of their way to dress it up. The bright red intake manifold, the cast aluminum valve covers with the Viper logo, dual throttle bodies all add up to something that's just made to show off. In fact, it's such an impressive piece that I'm really surprised the Mopar guys didn't put a Lexan window in the hood like Team Corvette did for the ZR1. This Viper's big engine is absolutely immaculate from its dual throttle bodies all the way down to its aluminum oil pan, tubular stainless exhaust manifolds and regularly refreshed fluids; and everything under its hood is showroom fresh and looks as clean as the day the car rolled out of the 'snake pit' in Detroit. Underneath the car, you'll find a spotless chassis, that's complete with a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to a limited slip differential with 3.07 gears. The combination of the three is able to push the Viper to nearly sub 13 second quarter mile time of 13.1 @ 108mph. However the independent front and rear suspension also impressed critics when it was first unveiled and meant that on a skid pad the Viper was able to push to nearly a 1 full G. At the corners of the car, power four wheel disc brakes, which come equipped with dual piston calipers and 13 inch rotors. And keeping all this thoroughbred hardware rolling down the road is a handsome set of the original 17" Viper alloy rims which wear wide Michelin rubber. ( New tires with only a few hundred miles! Original tires where showing dry rot.) If you can't tell by now, the early Vipers were built in such a way that places an emphasis on simplicity and performance above all else. Swing open the doors and you'll see a black and silver two-tone leather interior, which much like the rest of the car, appears to have never seen any drive time. The seats, wrap great looking perforated leather around molds that are designed to keep you in place during the most spirited driving; and are probably even suitable for track duty. Between those seats, an industrial console, props a 6-speed shifter between a simple emergency brake handle. At the front of the car, white-faced gauges, which include a 180 MPH speedometer, keep an eye on the big engine's vitals. And in front of the driver, a leather wrapped steering wheel that is branded with the Viper logo. At the center of the dash, a horizontal row of auxiliary gauges is the coolest arrangement since the '69 Camaro and its console-mounted units. Air conditioning wasn't an option in '93 because let's face it, air conditioning robs horsepower. Everything inside this cockpit, from the tilt steering wheel to the courtesy lamps, functions properly and looks great. The sale of this wonderfully preserved Viper includes the original owner's manual, Window Sticker, Two keys with keyfobs, wheel cap removal tool, and removable soft top, side curtains and cockpit cover. It's hard to believe that this Viper could be purchased in '93 and then be driven less than 5,500 miles. How can someone show that much self control? It's clear when looking over every aspect of the viper that its previous owner was extremely meticulous and cared for this Viper as if it was their child. There's really no wrong answer for what to do with this Viper once you purchase it: Treat it as an investment and double your money in 20 years, or unleash those 400 horses from under the hood and be transplanted back to the early 90's. Whatever your plan is, this Viper will not disappoint. Know Issue's: There are two minor flaws on the car. In 1993 Dodge was having a issue with the production of the Viper hoods. 3,000 units where to be made in 1993 but only 894 where produced due to a resin issue in the hood. There are very very minor imperfections on the hood. The imperfections are the size of a small pin head and are only visible in certain light. A possible wet sand and buff could remove them but I never attempted it. Some viper enthusiast look for these imperfections showing the cars originality. I had a estimate of $800 to repair the hood and repaint with base coat clear. The average eye wouldn't notice it but I want to make the buyer aware. there is also one minor hairline crack on the rear quarter panel very minor see photo's. 1972 DODGE DART DEMON 340 FACTORY H CODE CAR E55 HIGH PERFORMANCE ENGINE Fender Tag Rebuilt Drivetrain Restoration Completed in 2008 By Previous Owner Back in the 30’s Chrysler had a parts division for servicing Chrysler products which was named Chrysler Motor Parts. As the years went on the name was shortened to Chrysler MO PAR. By the 1960’s there was only one word that encompassed all 3 brands of Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge……that word was MOPAR. And for the people loyal to the brand it became, “MOPAR or NO CAR.” There are NO EXCUSES for the 1972 Dodge Demon. Please study the many pictures provided. Dodge was still dominating the muscle car game in 1972. Just as everyone else was winding down, they were building cars like this 1972 Dodge Demon 340, which didn't rely on Hemi power, but rather the great power-to-weight ratio of a V8-powered Dart. In typical Mopar fashion, this Demon is an extrovert. Top Banana Yellow paint means that this muscular car is impossible to ignore and looks fast just sitting still. Only about 9000 Demons were built in 1972, making this a rather collectable piece of Mopar history, and finding one this well restored is none too easy. For an affordable car, the body was treated to an expensive repaint that shines up beautifully and makes it look great from any angle. Add in the optional hood scoops and Sizzler stripes along the flanks, and it has a traditional Chrysler muscle car look that wasn't just for show, even in 1972. Excellent gaps throughout suggest that this car is not only well-restored, but that it led a rather easy life before it was resuscitated and given a new lease on life. Demon badges were controversial back in the day, but it's nice to see them in place on this car, which gives it a playful personality to go with its bright paint job. Other details like the chrome bumpers and unique slotted taillights help make it stand out among its more famous siblings. Although the Dart was Dodge's economy car, the interior doesn't look low rent in any way, shape, or form. High-back bucket seats wear fresh upholstery that accurately replicates the original stuff and adds to the sporty personality. There aren't a lot of frills, because even back then it was designed to be affordable, but with a woodgrained dash it has a warm, inviting look. The factory instruments are clustered around a rectangular center speedometer, with a tachometer neatly installed on the colum and an oil pressure and temp gauge neatly installed under the dash like it has been there from the start. A AM/FM/cassette stereo was probably installed years ago and looks right in this '70s sportster, and a big Hurst T-handle shifter for the reverse valve body automtic is reminiscent of the pistol-grip handles of yore. The compact Demon is surprisingly practical, too, with a spacious trunk that's nicely finished and includes a full size spare. The heart of the Demon's success was a 340 cubic inch V8, which in the relatively lightweight body made for some impressive performance. Rebuilt with a mild cam inside, Edelbrock intake manifold, and a big Edelbrock 4bbl carburetor, it's a certainty that this car will run better than the high-14s it delivered when it was new. Bright Hemi Orange engine paint contrasts brashly with the yellow inner fenders and firewall, and there's enough chrome inside the engine bay to make things interesting. Long-tube headers and a throaty dual exhaust system, you'll never get tired of running it through the gears. 1970 DODGE CHALLENGER CONVERTIBLE 340-6 PACK R/T TRIBUTE Rotisserie Restoration Completed in 2008 By Previous Owner 76,935 Challengers where built in 1970 and only 3,884 of that where convertibles 963 R/t convertibles and only 12 hemi convertibles. Back in the 30’s Chrysler had a parts division for servicing Chrysler products which was named Chrysler Motor Parts. As the years went on the name was shortened to Chrysler MO PAR. By the 1960’s there was only one word that encompassed all 3 brands of Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge……that word was MOPAR. And for the people loyal to the brand it became, “MOPAR or NO CAR.” There are NO EXCUSES for the 1970 Dodge Challenger. A design that has been iconic not only in 1970, but even in today's Challengers. With the right ingrediants these cars had risen to almost a half million dollar price tag or even higher. For that reason only, thats why tribute cars have become more and more desirable. What makes this a very rare tribute car is the low production numbers of only 3884 in the E-Body convertible. If this was a true RT Convertible, production numbers were less then 1000. Some of these cars are inestimatable. Please study the many pictures provided of both the car in its current state and during its restoration. The car is truly amazing!!!! EXTERIOR: This 1970 E-Body Dodge Challenger RT Convertible Tribute is dressed in Banana yellow with a real steel shaker hood and the ever so popular "Go Wing" with a flip top gas door access. A full rotisserie restoration was started in 2006 and completed in 2008. The paint was cleared, color sanded and cleared again. The underneath also received a full media blasting and was painted the same color as the body. All floors, rails and subframes are solid. The body is straight and the engine compartment is also painted the same color as the car. There is no fender tag. The car was also built as a driver and has been driven and maintained since restoration. There is a slight chip repair on the trunk that I wanted to mention. Nothing serious but it has been touched up since the chip happened. The top has also been replaced at the time of restoration and is still like new. The brightwork shines excellent and all the glass is clear and intact. The factory wheels have been replaced with Weld Wheels. The trunk is solid and complete, has no spare tire. Please view the pictures and let me know of any questions you may have. INTERIOR: As you can see from the pictures the interior presents very well. Some components have been replaced as other are original because of the one model year production(no reproduction parts). The interior received new legendary seat covers and door panels, new carpet, dash pad. Dash component's are original and some detailing to those components will really make the interior pop and really stand out at local shows and events. The radio does not work, however all gauges and lights work as they should. In summation, the interior presents very well. Some minor tinkering is needed for pure show quality. Please view the pictures and let me know of any questions you may have. DRIVE-TRAIN: The original 318 set up has been removed and a 340 Block with 6 pack (3x2bbl) carburetor set up was installed. The engine was built with a mild cam set up. It also comes with power steering and power brakes. The automatic 727 transmission was also built with a mild shift kit and it is lined up with an 8 3/4 sure grip rear. All belts and hoses are road worthy and ready for show or go. The tires and brakes are ready to go. The 340 pulls hard and runs right and the shifts are crisp. The drive train has been detailed and is ready for show or go.
