This car was first sold to a man in California, he bought for a high school graduation present for his daughter. She drove it all through college, got married and when the baby came no room for a car seat so she sold it to a dealer for $800. A man bought it and painted it black. awhile later he took it to a big show and sold it to a guy from Scarsdale, NY who was out there visiting. He had it shipped back and then had to rent a garage to keep it jn 30 minutes from where he lived. he had for about 18 months and got sick of that and put it in Hemmings and I bought it for my wife. A friend had bought a media blast business and took extra time and care to remove paint to the original primer. ( I have pictures some where ) It is a NO NEVER hit anywhere body. I paid a lot to have top quality paint job done to the color my wife wanted which is 1998 Corvette Grand Sport Blue. We redid the Red interior and carpet and installed a new black top. The frame still looks close to new. The car runs and drives great. She's either got best of show or peoples choice ever time we went to shows. People just love the look. It's a Gorgeous Car!
