Very low mileage M3 - only $48,000 miles, never seen a winter This car has always been adult owned. I have enjoyed this car for the last 6 years. But with kids now I rarely drive it enough in the summers so I have to sell her. I am the third owner of the car, the last two owners I can assure you babied the car just as much as I did. The previous owner did tell me there was some minor front end bumper damage from a accident in 2007 where he grazed a guard rail. The insurance company replaced the bumper at that time with a new factory one. I haven't had any issues at all since I owned the vehicle so I don't think the damage was bad. When I bought the car back in 2009 she had about 27k miles on it. Since then I have put another 21k miles on it in the last 6 years. She gets detailed every year right before she goes into storage for the winter and then she is stored in my garage with a car cover over her and I trickle charge the battery until Spring. When I take her out in the Spring, I take her to a BMW certified mechanic who checks her over top to bottom for any repairs. If there are repairs those are taken care of right away. The last check was done April 2015. She is in tip top shape, you can rest assured you are buying a car that doesn't need any repairs ( I can give you the contact information for my mechanic for a repair history inquiry ) Extras Cold Weather Package (heated seats, retractable headlight washers) Upgrade Audio Speakers + Subwoofer - When I first bought the car the original audio sounded like crap, even the upgraded Harmon Kardon systems from the factory sounds like crap as well. Bavarian Soundwerks are well known for producing really good audio packages for BMWs that retrofit perfectly. So I had the Bavarian Soundwerks Upgrade Stage 1 (all 10 speakers) and stage 2 (sub woofer and amp) professionally installed. It sounds awesome now, nice deep bass and clear mid-range and tweeters. The great thing is it all looks stock right out of the factory, no one would ever know it was upgraded unless you heard it.   New Tires and Rims - Last year I got brand new 18" HTR Z rated tires installed. I also took the chance to upgrade the factory rims to nice 20 spoke gloss black powder coated rims with a chrome lip. I also have the original rim and tires sitting in my garage, you can have that too. Upgraded HID lights - The last owner owned a detailer shop and he his team installed nice bright WHITE HID headlamps and fog lamps. Also some real nice angel eyes which I love the most. Gives the car a real nice look. Exterior The body is in excellent condition. The roof is also in great condition, just got it waterproofed last year, no rips or tears on external side of the fabric. There are only 2 minor things to note and that's it on the body. The exterior is really in excellent shape. No dings, no visible scratches. There are some stone chips on the front bumper and maybe 1 or 2 on the front hood that is typical for a car this age, but it isn't as bad as you would think.   The driver's side mirror has some brown stains on the bottom of the glass, not sure if it is rust or what. Never bothered me enough to do something about it but I bet you can use some chemicals to remove it. Interior The interior is in excellent condition as well. There are some scratches on the front center console door panels, I guess this is common among E46 M3s, they used a rubber paint for those parts which are susceptible to nicks and scratches. I had the stick shift replaced with a new one a year ago so it is really nice looking and feels great shifting. There are no blemishes on the inside trim at all. The drivers side rug is a little worn from use but nothing you need to replace. Also the driver's side seat belt doesn't quickly recoil as good as it used to when unlatched, but again this is common amongst e46 M3s - not a safety issue but maybe just a minor annoyance. On the inside of the roof, passenger side near the window there is a slight tear in the material. A few years ago one of the clips that help guide the roof closed on the passenger side fell off. I caught it too late one when collapsing the roof one week and the material snagged and put a tear on the fabric (you can see this in the pictures) Mechanical The car is up to date on all maintenance, repairs, and recalls as of April 2015. Every spring I bring it out of hibernation and have it looked at by 1 of 3 premium BMW certified technicians for possible repairs and maintenance service. My motto is don't let issues become problems! The three that I use are: BMW Dealership of Norwood Import AutoWerks - They specialize in BMWs Larin Automotive - They specialize in BMWs Any one of these shops can provide detailed repair history of my car. I have taken care of many wear and tear services that you won't have to deal with for a very long time. I have all service repair docs which I can make available to you at purchase. Rest assured when you purchase this vehicle you won't need to have it serviced for any mechanical problems for the near future. Summary It's been well maintained throughout it's life....and I'm sure the next owner will be proud to call it his/her own. At time of purchase I will share the service records, 2 sets of keys, owners manual, and clean title.   The car is being sold 'as is'.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Inspection fees are the buyers responsibility.  Taxes and registration fees are the buyers responsibility.    Buyer is responsible for shipping.  If you are coming to pick up, I can pick you up from airport. Good luck!
