Looks like the main impact was to the right rear. Rear trunk door is slightly out of position but it still locks in place. We did not attempt to open the top due to the obvious rear damage to the trunk door which needs to tilt up during normal operation. No suspension damage observed. All airbags are good. Overall exterior & interior in near mint condition. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. Engine runs great. Only 60k miles and the most wanted white color with dual tone leather interior. Overall should be an easy fixer with light body work and few parts needed. Looks like the insurance adjuster/body shop removed the bumper assembly along with headlights during the inspection of the vehicle. Headlight housing and surrounding areas don't have any significant damage and should be easy reinstall of headlights. No suspension damage observed. All airbags ok. Looks like it was a light bump to the rear end and pushed to the car in the front with the obvious front end damage. Rear end is slightly pushed in at the trunk hinge area and should be pulled out easily, no rail damage observed. Front hit just nicked the bumper rebar and cooling components are damaged but some parts may be reusable. Front frame rails are straight. All airbags are ok but driver seatbelt is jammed. All glass ok. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs good, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. The rest of the body is as seen in the pictures with light scrapes/dings. Interior is in good condition as seen in the pictures down below with good looking black leather. Looks like the previous owner had an aftermarket radio/entertainment unit which was removed after the accident. All the wiring/plugs are in tact. A replacement/original Mercedes radio/cd can be found here on ebay. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Looks like it was a light bump to the rear end and pushed to the car in the front with the obvious front end damage. Rear end is slightly pushed in at the trunk hinge area and should be pulled out easily, no rail damage observed. Front hit just nicked the bumper rebar and cooling components are damaged but some parts may be reusable. Front frame rails are straight. All airbags are ok. Driver seatbelt is jammed. All glass ok. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs good, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. The rest of the body is as seen in the pictures with light scrapes/dings. Interior is in good condition as seen in the pictures down below with good looking black leather. Looks like the previous owner had an aftermarket radio/entertainment unit which was removed after the accident. All the wiring/plugs are in tact. Looks like it was a high hit to the grille area hence missed the front end bumper rebar which is still in tact. The front frame rails are straight. The car was ran for several minutes with no observed leaks and radiator coolant reservoir still has fluid. The rest of the body is as seen in the pictures below with some light/minor dings/scrapes. All airbags are ok. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. We could not get the power convertible top to open. There is a safety compartment (a horizontal adjustable part ) in the trunk which probably needs to be lowered in order for the convertible top to operate normally. We could not get the trunk door to open hence we could not get access to the trunk to see if that safety compartment is lowered in position. It may be the reason for the top not to operate. Its a safety measure to make sure nothing large is put into the trunk to prevent any damage to the soft top when opened. The top will not operate if this piece is not put in place. Almost every convertible vehicle has such safety feature. Power convertible top is in good condition with no rips or tears. As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2002 Mercedes CLK320 Convertible has sustained light front end damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Looks like it was a high hit to the grille area hence missed the front end bumper rebar which is still in tact. The front frame rails are straight. The car was ran for sevral minutes with no observed leaks and radiator coolant reservoir still has fluid. The rest of the body is as seen in the pictures below with some light/minor dings/scrapes. All airbags are ok. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. We could not get the power convertible top to open. There is a safety compartment (a horizontal adjustable part ) in the trunk which probably needs to be lowered in order for the convertible top to operate normally. We could not get the trunk door to open hence we could not get access to the trunk to see if that safety compartment is lowered in position. It may be the reason for the top not to operate. Its a safety measure to make sure nothing large is put into the trunk to prevent any damage to the soft top when opened. The top will not operate if this piece is not put in place. Almost every convertible vehicle has such safety feature. Power convertible top is in good condition with no rips or tears. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. This CLK430 comes with 20" wheels. Looks like the right rear wheel is damaged, a replacement wheel might be found here on ebay. The wheel spacing/positioning is just about the same as the other side but the wheel does not sit normal as seen in the pics. There is probably a bent arm, sway bar, control arm etc. but whatever the case may be it should be a common mechanical/suspension fix and many parts available through car-part.com or here on ebay. One can get the complete rear suspension or pieces of suspension (i.e strut, axle shaft, control arm etc) easily here on ebay or at car-part.com for fraction of dealer cost. Left front fender has two dents. The rest of the body in great shape with good looking paint with some light dings/scrapes as seen in pics below. Overall the car looks great and paint shines excellent. All airbags are ok. There is no visible undercarriage damage. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. Interior is in good condition as seen in the pictures down below. Comes equipped with almost every possible option with the sport leather dual power seats, sport alloys, heated seats, dual power seats, Bose Sound, Factory Navigation (missing CD), CD Changer, XENON HID headlights and more. Power convertible top is in great condition and opens/closes fine with the push of a button. Interior is in great condition with good looking leather. Overall great condition indicates that it was a well maintained vehicle. As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2000 Mercedes CLK430 Power Convertible with Navigation has no major body damage. Looks like the right rear wheel hit something. This CLK430 comes with 20" wheels. The right rear wheel is damaged, same wheel might be found here on ebay. The main suspension components look fine to the naked eye and wheel spacing is just about the same as the other side. There is always the possibility of a bent arm, sway bar etc. but whatever the case may be it should be a faily simple mechanical fix and many parts available through car-part.com or here on ebay. Left front fender has two dents. The rest of the body in great shape with good looking paint with some dings/crapes as seen in pics below. Overall the car looks great and paint shines excellent. All airbags are ok. There is no undercarriage damage. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. Interior is in good condition as seen in the pictures down below.
