1971 Dave Boertman " ROD SHOP " Challenger- WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CAR - This is one of the winning-est super stock mopars/challengers of all time!! No need to endlessly search for documentation for this car.... Known race history and a stack of paperwork, articles, photos, and magazines stacked two feet high. Came as a original body-in-white from Chrysler Corp. Cage was installed by Herb McCandless. Mint original exterior trim and interior. I just freshened the original race short block and updated the heads, rocker gear, and camshaft. Fresh all aluminum 727 with straight cuts and torringtons. All safety items have been updated, seat belts, tires, brakes, etc... Always a great car!! Not just a display car, this thing can be raced and should be as intended.I have owned several historical race cars over the years and unequivetly this is the trickest mopar super stock i have ever seen !! We have all heard the stories about this car and i truly optimizes the ultimate between the lines of the rule book super stocker!!!
